Saw trailmate journey @ a party...was impressed. Picked mine up today...totally satisfied...poor guy who complained he couldnt get replacement plug can get one for boat/rv online. Cooler is built like a tank.

Excellent cooler for beach needs. Many accessories and sturdy construction. A good value esp when in researching other competitors. We look forward to Christmas morning.

I love it . But I have a question..... I have received a cable like a plug but I can’t not find any place to do it .... it’s not in the manual .... can You tell me please?

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. The drain plug leaked, even after trying to tighten with a wrench. I submitted a warranty claim and received a new plug but have the same issue. Very disappointed that we cannot use our cooler.

I bought this a few months ago and loved it. However, I took it on one camping trip and it got pretty beat up and broke the plastic frame that holds the wheel axel in place. Is there any way to replace this frame?

My only complaint is the side bungee straps are worthless unless u plan on using a net or using the strap of the cord instead of the hook to hold something down. I just drilled a hole in each one so my hook had something to grab on to.

I love the cooler! Kept the drinks and the snacks cold over the whole weekend. My only issue with it is, it needs a handle on the other side, to make it easier to transport in and out of a truck. Maybe dividers inside like other coolers you have.

Bought this as a wedding gift for ourselves. This thing is massive. It takes up most of my trunk space in my trailblazer but like it says. “It’s the Swiss army of coolers” and it’s right. We cannot wait to use this for many years.

I was so excited about this cooler, but it’s too big to fit in either vehicle. I didn’t measure because we drive a full size suv and a full size pick up. Doesn’t fit in either without folding seats down or removing the truck’s tonneau cover.

Cooler looks cool AF. The only thing that concerns me is I saw a review that there are no replacement plugs available. Cooler is bigger than I expected.
