I bought this product for my husband as a birthday gift. He received it yesterday and was so excited to use it for his birthday party to hold our drinks. We are both now very disappointed and will be contacting igloo about a refund since we placed ice in the cooler around 1pm yesterday and woke up at 8am this morning to find that all the ice had melted. The coolers lid stayed closed all night and each time after opening.

I purchased the trail mate journey 70qts. and it is design is extremely beautiful tactical design ITS A BEAST!!! I rate a 4 star for a couple of suggestion if design is being upgraded in a near future, * top gasket from the phone or personal items compartment is too long to fit in place, I verified gaskets from other coolers available at store (clerk had to cut the tight-wrap) and all had the same issue. * At the back side of cooler I suggest to add an actual handle (door knocker) for better carrying. * Top lid needs to have a flap lock to assure enclosure. My personal suggestion Dont forget about me if the design is upgraded!!! ✨🤣🍻 Either or I still love the item!! ✨✊🏽🦾

Cooler is large, durable, and the hooks on the side that allow for you to transport heavy large objects with ease (we used some bungee cords to strap a suticase to the top). Ice cubes were still present after 2 days of use and 1 day on a beach, so that was impressive. Took it camping and roughe dit up a bit...one of the wheel lugs was damaged, and i sent an email to Igloo asking for replacement parts. 2 weeks later a brand new complete wheel set up was delivered to me at no cost, and was easily installed with 4 screws. Overall, i truly think this cooler is superior to other "big name" coolers that are 2x the price. I had multiple people ask me on the beach what brand cooler it was, and how impressed they were with the design and perks (bottle openers, waterproof case, flag/umbrella holders, extra long pull out handles, etc...). 5 Star cooler.

We are so happy with this cooler. Once we used it, it held ice for 4 days and kept everything cool. It rolls nice even full. Tons of nice features including fishing pole holders we use for holding an umbrella. Table for make sandwiches or holding my beer. Awesome cooler. Even matches our trailer.

Just received our cooler today. Box arrived beat the hell up. Looks like it was thrown around. Unboxed the cooler, took it out of the box, may have peed a little due to excitement, went to slide out the handle and glide handle wouldn't come out! We played with it a minute trying to figure it out. It won't unlock on one side. Looked it up and sure enough, it's a very common problem with these coolers. My husband took handle apart and sure enough, a mechanism inside the handle is broke. I wouldn't recommend this cooler. We're probably going to return it.

Love all the spots for my phone and accessory stuff... I haven t gotten to take it to the beach yet.. But the durability looks great and pulls across my gravel area like a pro... Amd the look OMG... I LOVE IT... kinda puts you mind of an army vehicle....

We went on a back country camping trip on the Minnesota/ Canada border with this cooler. It took a beating. We ripped it over rocks, tipped it over several times, trudged it through swamp and woods and it didnt even have one scratch. We strapped our tents to the top which was easy. The only thing is that it is a little heavier than we'd like. I wish there was a smaller option. But even with the weight we were able to hamg the cooler from a bear pole no problem, there are no weak spots on this cooler. It kept food cool in there for 4 days.

Awesome! Great buy. It lives up to the hype. I was going purchase the Yeti. But I liked Trailmate Journey because of all the add on. The wheels are big and go over bumps with ease. The Yeti....so great plus Igloo hold the cold in up to 4 days. I can tell you, I had it for 2 days and everything inside stayed cold. And it isn't as expensive. There was plenty of storage space. And there is a sealed compartment on the outside so if you have anything you don't want to get wet, its perfect . And a mesh compartment too. I was worried a little that it might not fit in my friends small SUV but it did. Love it!! Can't wait tell the next adventure to take it on.

I bought this for a beach trip and loaded it down with 4 bags of ice at 9:15 am on 7/21/24. After traveling with it and holding ice along the way, the cooler has been in a controlled environment since 3:00 pm on 7/21/24 and there is hardly any ice left. For a cooler promoting this technology for ice retention I am disappointed in this investment. I passed on the Ninja with dry storage to buy this Igloo. Love the design with the wheels and features, just hate it does not hold ice as advertised

I gave my husband this as an early Father’s Day gift and he was so excited. Not only does it look cool the features are amazing. His friends noticed it right away and asked their wives for one too. We left beers in it over night outside and they were still cold and in ice the next day. Def worth the investment!!
