The cooler is large in size, and his capacity is way more than enough for a large group of people looking to load up enough beverages for the night. The Igloo Trailmate has just about every option you want in a cooler for fishing, beachgoing, or camping. The ice retention is phenomenal, I loaded it with 32 pounds of ice and a 24 pack of canned beverages, and it didn’t even fill half the cooler and still had ice in it 4 days later, while the cooler was sitting outside in near hundred-degree weather. Highly recommended!

This cooler is big and bomber. I love the aggressive wheels. We are a family of 6 and we travel for baseball and soccer. Eating out gets crazy expensive. This cooler let’s us bring plenty of food for all of us. I’m inspiring major cooler envy everywhere I go.

So this cooler is seriously some of the coolest things EVER. Designed with comfort and ease of use in mind and not just throwing features in to make it look sexy. Which it is. The wheels are big and make it easy to maneuver, even through sand. Holds a ton of drinks and the little cell phone/sunglasses compartment stays cool. So no need to worry about your cell phone overheating. I didn’t mean to buy the big one but I’m so happy with my purchase.

Opened my package a week after receiving as i was going on a camping trip. First impressions were Amazing! Looks awesome and very rugged. I like the design and overall feel. With that said, a few minor hiccups.. Top corner was dented slighlty and i don't know if that will enlarge over time or even puncture. Also, one of the side had scratch damage from the box as it was not protected or sealed with any foam padding.. Really bummed about the 2 flaws, but mostly worried about the dented corner.. Will contact CS for review..

This review is based off of only one use. First off, the cooler is very nice looking! It is constructed well. We loaded some beach chairs onto the top with Bungee Cords. on regular flat terrain, the cooler is effortless to pull/tow. The only negatives I have are that the ice melted incredibly fast imo. This may have been due to the fact that I did not load the bottom of the cooler with drinks and/or food, only half. This caused the ice to shift. The cooler did move through thick beach sand but a bit of effort was required.

The trailmate is great for the beach. It doesn’t sit in the sand, love the umbrella holder as well as a place to keep my wallet and keys out of the sand. It wheels great on the sand without getting sand everywhere. The tanle feature is also helpful,

The cooler is large, holds a ton, parents were asking to put items in my cooler, several pockets, has many benefits. Looking forward to using for baseball. Negatives - heavy without ice, can’t lift on my own with ice. Handle is at a very weird angle. Cup holders doesn’t hold newer water bottles (Stanley’s, RTIC, etc). Tires need to be rubber. The plastic wheels will break in a short period of time.

Someone really thought about the features on this cooler. Wheels are big and easy to roll. Handle provides leverage to make rolling a loaded down cooler easy. Plenty of space for food and drinks. Holds ice well. The tray is a smart addition that we use all the time. Big drain hole for fast draining. Tie downs to strap items on top of the cooler and wheel them with you. Keeping the cooler elevated helps keep ice longer when it is not sitting on a hot surface. Small tray to keep items dry above ice and water. Front opening lid instead of side opening makes it easier to get in and out of inside the Chevy Suburban when it’s in the back. Amazing job igloo. Well worth the money for the features you get.

We just used our cooler for the 1st time this past weekend, did a great job holding ice and keeping the drinks cool. 3 days in 90+ F degree weather. Very convenient to move around, and to drain excess water, I especially like the drain plug location, it was super easy to fill dog's water dishes to get them some cool water. Very easy to maneuver. Looking forward to our next event to use it again.
