I have never slept on a mattress from a box before.. I am pleasantly surprised! It is soft yet firm enough to support me. I am excited to see how it holds up long term.

I got this mattress for my guest room and it worked out perfectly! Delivery and setup were very easy, and I just had my first guest with the new mattress and they loved it!

Five stars! The mattress came wrapped in an easy to manage box, and laid completely flat and was ready to use within a few hours. Now that the bed is all set up it looks wonderful and is very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This mattress was purchased for my son, and it is perfect! We loved how easy it was to set up, the kids enjoyed helping :) He loves his new mattress and even comfortable for when I have to sleep in there.

This mattress has been so good to my grandkids lately! Typically, it takes them a while to fall asleep but since changing out the mattresses in their room to this MIB, they are fast asleep almost instantly! I am so glad I made the switch to Serta!!

I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 weeks now and it feels amazing! My old mattress had a huge dent in the middle and left my back sore every morning. It's nice to finally wake up without back pain and feeling properly supported.
