The picture quality is amazing — deep blacks, vibrant colors, and HDR content looks fantastic. Watching movies feels really cinematic, and even older shows and streaming content look sharper than I expected. The smart TV interface is easy to use. WebOS runs smoothly, and it has all the apps I need without annoying delays.

If you’re questioning the OLED premium, stop. It’s absolutely worth the investment. The picture quality is flawless. The self-lit pixels deliver perfect black levels (no light bleed, ever), creating stunning, infinite contrast that makes 4K HDR content truly cinematic. Colors are vibrant, rich, and the detail is phenomenal. While it’s not the brightest TV for a sun-drenched room, it delivers incredible HDR highlights and is more than adequate for most viewing environments. For serious gamers, this TV is unbeatable. It’s fully equipped for PS5 and Xbox Series X with 4K@120Hz, VRR, and a near-instant response time, making competitive gameplay incredibly smooth. The design is sleek with virtually no bezel, despite the huge 77-inch screen. The webOS smart platform is fast, but a quick note: the built-in audio is just passable. You will absolutely want a dedicated sound system to match this incredible display. The LG OLED77C5PUA is a significant investment, but it is the ultimate, reference-level display for home theater and gaming. Highly recommended.

If your room is very bright, or you already have a recent high-end OLED, you might want to evaluate whether the incremental upgrade is worth it—but for most users, this model hits a very good sweet spot.

Just a few hours enjoying it, but it really brings everything weI’ve watched to life. This is our second LD OLED and we are extremely happy with the purchases. There just might be a third LG OLED in our future.

UI is easy to use and fast. It integrated really easily with my Sonos soundbar so I can use my streaming box remote to control the volume. I’m prone to buyer’s remorse, but not with this TV. I’m blown away by how good it looks.

The blacks are very deep, it looks beautiful. The detail allows you to see all the make up used on shows and movies. Somehow the tv changed the audio quality of our speakers. My family noticed the changes right away. No regrets with the purchase.

We went OLED bc we our family room is in a north facing room and gets hit with a ton of sunlight. The OLED helps reduce the glare drastically. Through the Black Friday deal, we also got a soundbar half off which helps improve the sound quality. I would recommend adding that to your purchase as it is needed. Overall very happy with our purchase and confident it will last us another decade. The 120 HZ helps future proof!
