[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this TV for the great specs and have been blown away after it arrived. The picture quality is amazing with a great refresh rate. I often watch sports and action movies and I'm in awe of how good the content looks on this TV. One of my favorite features is how good that sound quality is on this unit as compared to my old TV. You can tell that LG really invested time in enhancing the quality of the audio from the TV alone. While I ordered a soundbar to go along with the TV; the audio from the TV alone is sufficient and you won't be disappointed.

This C5 OLED comes with an amazing amount of clarity and brightness that helps if you have a bright room. Out the box, the colors all pop on each picture setting. There's no tinkering that needs to be done. I hooked it up with my PC and PS5 and you can tell the extra Hrz really helps with gaming. I cannot think of any negatives but if you're on the fence between a 65 inch or 77 inch, go for bigger. That's a huge difference in size and it really helps bring out the picture. The picture quality is just super clean and natural, with deep blacks and realistic colors without oversaturation. Out of the box it already looked good, and after a bit of tweaking it’s become amazing for everything — movies, shows, sports, all of it just looks perfect and the size makes it feel pretty cinematic at home. For gaming, though, it really shines. Input lag feels very low, and once Game Mode is on, everything just responds instantly on PS5/PC. 4K at high refresh rates, VRR, and those HDMI 2.1 ports make it easy to plug in multiple devices and not think about it again. HDR games look great too — bright highlights, detailed dark areas, and no weird smearing or ghosting in fast scenes. If you’re into gaming and also want something that’s just solid for everyday watching, this has been a amazing upgrade.

But LG made it possible, with their reasonable rates , and today I finally own a new tv after so many years that too an OLED.. and my god the quality is mind bending. I got the TV delivered around the time IT WELCOME TO DERRY got released, and I am watchinh these episodes on my new tv now.. and I have no words.. it is soooooo good. Thanks LG for creating such a wonderful TV.. i can see my C5 being in my home for years now😀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had an LG OLED TV for about 7 years now (also a C model) but it turned out that our family room doesn't get as much action as our bedroom for TV watching. I've been so happy with it that I wanted to upgrade the bedroom, too, and see what kind of improvements have happened in the last few years in LG tech. This TV is absolutely amazing. It's noticeably brighter than my old one, which is important since we have south-facing windows in our bedroom. It seems like it doesn't glare as much for some reason as my older TV, although that could be just a lack of dust on the screen compared to the old one. The blacks are awesome and WebOS is very snappy compared to our previous Fire TV UI - even the older one is holding up better than recent Fire TV purchases, so I think WebOS is great and this TV is future proofed bigtime on that front. I've got it hooked up to my home assistant and I'm able to do basic controls there, although I haven't figured out yet how to open specific apps. Overall I'm super happy with it and wish I had upgraded sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality and immersive viewing experience at a 12' viewing distance. Well packed (It's a giant box), easy enough to get mounted up on the wall, and very thin. I was pleasantly surprised by the built in webos interface for how responsive and intuitive it is to navigate with the magic remote. So far we haven't felt the need to install an external media viewer, and are going to stick with the built in app. I like the customizable picture settings with being able to tune in sharpening, upscaling, gamma, color temp etc. The brightness is more than sufficient for my fairly dark living room, and I even turned down the max brightness a little given our environment. If you're in a dark room, you really don't need the brighter models. I didn't expect much form the built-in speakers, so I paired it with an old soundbar with the intention of upgrading it later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re shopping for a large 77-inch screen and want high-end features (OLED contrast, 144 Hz gaming, modern smart functions) and you’ll watch mostly in a room with controllable lighting (or at least avoid strong reflections), the LG C5 is an excellent choice. If your room is very bright, or you already have a recent high-end OLED, you might want to evaluate whether the incremental upgrade is worth it—but for most users, this model hits a very good sweet spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG makes the screens for several vendors and they really have a terrific process and as a legacy branded industrial engineering firm, they build systems that both perform and dazzle. This 77 has it all. The image quality is fabulous, crisp and there remotes are responsive. We replaced the 65" B processor with the 77 C processor and it is a nice step up, but the B still commands watching sports or movies, the 65 is in the smaller den. I watch the usual through ROKU boxes, subscribe to YOUtubeTV and the major premium channels and have great image quality but not as good as BlueRay DVD but i only have 1 DVD because I gave them away for convenience...99% of what I watch is streamed and this gives you great image quality and sound, too...i have yet to want to bring my Paradigm system with the big Yamaha amplifier up to connect it to this 77 because it is good enough....and for concerts we wear the headsets through the ROKU or the LG blue tooth....great combo, I have grown to rely on LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV with excellent picture quality. I also got the S90TR soundbar, so the sound is loud and impressive as well. The only thing I don’t like is the frequency of the ad integrations, when the TV goes into standby mode, the ads become really annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost as bright as last years G4, everything about this TV is perfect! The deep blacks are so underrated. Sound isn't the best obviously with how thin it is, so definitely invest in a soundbar at the very least if not a home theatre system.
