Cool color! Sturdy construction Has some silly things like butler tray and fishing rod/ umbrella holders? They need to think that part out a little harder and expand into a “system” of sorts IE other Daily Useful options Do people really use the cup holders on top? Would be better if smooth then you would not get the cup holder nastys Oh by the way the cooler with wheels is my invention thought that in 1988

I’ve had this cooler for six months now. It keeps ice cold in 90 degree summer weather for 5 days on average. The telescoping handle is very sturdy and solid. I like the bottle cap openers on each side as well as the overall rugged styling. The oversize wheels make the cooler much easier to maneuver on rough terrain and soft, loosely packed gravel parking lots. I recently had one of the large wheels detach from the axle. They are attached with small pressure fit axle end caps. I messaged Igloo support and they mailed me the necessary repair parts the very next day. Great service - responsive and zero fuss honoring their product warranty. I’d suggest the following design improvements in the next version: - Add elastomer straps to secure the top lid. It can pop open and spill the ice and contents too easily on sloped ground or when sitting the cooler on its end to fully drain it - Replace the pressure fit axle end caps with proper threaded nuts for better wheel security. - Move the drain plug to the lowest point of the cooler when it’s sitting in the typical level position. The drain hole is roughly 2 inches above the interior floor of the cooler, which requires tilting it up on its end to fully drain any melt water. This often causes the contents to spill out due to the lack of any ability to secure the lid. Overall, I’m happy with this cooler and appreciate the responsive warranty support. It would be even better with a few small design tweaks to help it better fulfill the promise of its ruggedized styling,

Great cooler. Bought it for beach trips and other than a freak of nature and my wheel breaking on the inside I would not hesitate to buy another. Igloo stood behind their warranty and sent me another one. Only recommendation I have is beefier wheel support and the hinges could be a lil more rigid.

I bought this last summer and finally got to use it last weekend. I took it to the beach and it was like dragging the cooler in the sand. I’m extremely disappointed as I waited all winter to take it out. Do not believe all of the staged photos of the cooler in the sand with the butler tray. A complete waste of several hundred dollars.

I purchased the trail mate journey 70qts. and it is design is extremely beautiful tactical design ITS A BEAST!!! I rate a 4 star for a couple of suggestion if design is being upgraded in a near future, * top gasket from the phone or personal items compartment is too long to fit in place, I verified gaskets from other coolers available at store (clerk had to cut the tight-wrap) and all had the same issue. * At the back side of cooler I suggest to add an actual handle (door knocker) for better carrying. * Top lid needs to have a flap lock to assure enclosure. My personal suggestion Dont forget about me if the design is upgraded!!! ✨🤣🍻 Either or I still love the item!! ✨✊🏽🦾

Pros: Cool looking, a lot of usable features, easy to pull Cons: lid does not lock and there is no seal, advertised to keep ice for 4 days and I just tested it and it lasted approx 30hrs. For the price I would NOT buy this product again had I know the lid would be a pain to keep shut and the ice retention is worse than a normal cheap ice chest. Igloo please redesign this one with a gasket and lid that locks and it would be perfect and probably retain ice longer

I have had this for about 4 years and just now need to get new wheels for it. Otherwise it is an amazing cooler. The only thing that I would change is the location and angle of the pole holders to the sides and at a bit of an angle and not straight up and down.

Just received our cooler today. Box arrived beat the hell up. Looks like it was thrown around. Unboxed the cooler, took it out of the box, may have peed a little due to excitement, went to slide out the handle and glide handle wouldn't come out! We played with it a minute trying to figure it out. It won't unlock on one side. Looked it up and sure enough, it's a very common problem with these coolers. My husband took handle apart and sure enough, a mechanism inside the handle is broke. I wouldn't recommend this cooler. We're probably going to return it.

Cooler is large, durable, and the hooks on the side that allow for you to transport heavy large objects with ease (we used some bungee cords to strap a suticase to the top). Ice cubes were still present after 2 days of use and 1 day on a beach, so that was impressive. Took it camping and roughe dit up a bit...one of the wheel lugs was damaged, and i sent an email to Igloo asking for replacement parts. 2 weeks later a brand new complete wheel set up was delivered to me at no cost, and was easily installed with 4 screws. Overall, i truly think this cooler is superior to other "big name" coolers that are 2x the price. I had multiple people ask me on the beach what brand cooler it was, and how impressed they were with the design and perks (bottle openers, waterproof case, flag/umbrella holders, extra long pull out handles, etc...). 5 Star cooler.

We went on a back country camping trip on the Minnesota/ Canada border with this cooler. It took a beating. We ripped it over rocks, tipped it over several times, trudged it through swamp and woods and it didnt even have one scratch. We strapped our tents to the top which was easy. The only thing is that it is a little heavier than we'd like. I wish there was a smaller option. But even with the weight we were able to hamg the cooler from a bear pole no problem, there are no weak spots on this cooler. It kept food cool in there for 4 days.
