Great cooler, love the handle and big wheels and all the accessories and stuff but for the money I shouldn't need to bungee cord down the lid. I hope they eventually put a latch on it.

One wheel was cracked and the wheel rod is bent. It's impossible to roll

Kept it inside my climate controlled cabin and the ice lasted from 4pm to 12pm the next day.

Had to replace the screws to hold the tray under the lid right when I got it. just kept on falling out everytime I shut the lid

The connection put for the lid broke within the first 2 casual uses. Now the lid just falls to the ground each time you open it

Just arrived and I haven’t had the chance to use it yet. I will say however that I thought it would be much “sturdier” than it is. The triggers that lock the handle in place are chintzy. The hooks for bungee cords to hold down items on the outside don’t seem to sturdy and will not hold much. Also feel that the top should lock down to the body better, but I’ll have to see how ice holds up.
