Quit larger than I expected BUT rolls through the thick beach sand with a breeze! Even packed full of drinks, food & ice! This cooler lives up to its expectations. I’ve only used it twice so far and have had so many compliments on it. Plus customer service was amazing and shipped my cooler to me in two days! Exceptional!

We really like the cooler and the quality is fantastic. The only issue we have is when we take it to the beach there’s not a great handle in the back to carry it. I was hoping that there’s some type of adaptation that we can add to the cooler to help with transporting it on the beach. if anyone knows of anything, please let me know

The screws for the mini table clamps that are screwed into the bottom side of the lid were not tight. The table top kept falling out of the lid recess. Smart people know that screwing straight into thin plastic does not hold well. I fixed it myself with jack nuts (rivet nuts) instead of dealing with a warranty return to get the same thing. If they would fix this from the factory, it would be perfect. For the price paid, we should not have to make upgrades to something the factory should have addressed during the design phase. Other than that I love this beast so far.

I purchased this cooler in April. 2021 and used it on a 4 day camping trip this past weekend. Not only was it very easy to move around, it kept all my items cold the entire 4 days! I used 2 juice containers with frozen water as my ice and used no bagged ice. It stayed cold like a dorm fridge the entire time. Well worth the investment!

I have used this product 4 times and it’s awful. I am usually a big igloo fan due to the affordability but this cooler won’t hold ice any more than 4 hours if it’s moderately warm outside and the handle won’t retract anymore after 4 uses. Honestly with it costing 250 dollar and being this bad kind of put a sour taste in my mouth for the brand.

Love this cooler... way better features then most of the roto molded stuff... and holds ice within hours of those at 2 and 3 times the price... I wish however for those smaller beach days etc... You had a second model... "EXACT" same proportions and wheels.. but about half the size, for those days your not packing for more than one or two... Love the Tray, the Handle, and the Wheel size on the sand ! Just wish their was a "pint size" option as well with all of the same features ! I bet most whom own it would buy a second !

We used for a trip to the beach and it was easy to pull and carry all the chairs .. I did however wish it brought the bungee since it was pricey. Other than that it’s a big enough size to carry all the drinks. The tires held up and it’s great quality I recommend it. It’s big so it will fit all your contents.

I was so excited to get this cooler. So i just bought this cooler this past weekend to take on our camping trip. The lid to the cooler is loose also have to keep packing it down with ice bc it melts way to fast! For the price I spent on this cooler I would have atleast thought it would hold ice for a good amount of time. But instead I have to turn around and keep putting ice in it. Also not in direct sunlight. It’s been in shade

I purchased the trail mate journey 70qts. and it is design is extremely beautiful tactical design ITS A BEAST!!! I rate a 4 star for a couple of suggestion if design is being upgraded in a near future, * top gasket from the phone or personal items compartment is too long to fit in place, I verified gaskets from other coolers available at store (clerk had to cut the tight-wrap) and all had the same issue. * At the back side of cooler I suggest to add an actual handle (door knocker) for better carrying. * Top lid needs to have a flap lock to assure enclosure. My personal suggestion Dont forget about me if the design is upgraded!!! ✨🤣🍻 Either or I still love the item!! ✨✊🏽🦾

The base functions of this cooler are solid. It holds a lot and keeps your items cold for a long time. But the handle stopped extending after just 2 or 3 uses. So it's no longer a mobile cooler and we can not use the table /tray feature. Cool idea but the bells and whistles didn't stay functional for very long.
