We love our Trailmate Journey cooler! The olive color is perfect to not show scuffs, dirt, etc. I am short, but because of the adjustable handle, it is so easy for me to roll the cooler, even when it's completely full and has items strapped to it as well. I highly recommend this cooler.

Super cool-er! It has amazing features. I live in Tampa and had to evacuate for Hurricane Idalia last week. We loaded up the cooler, it stayed cool for 4 days and was easy to wheel with the leverage system. I highly reccomend espesxially for price over a YETI.

The cooler is large in size, and his capacity is way more than enough for a large group of people looking to load up enough beverages for the night. The Igloo Trailmate has just about every option you want in a cooler for fishing, beachgoing, or camping. The ice retention is phenomenal, I loaded it with 32 pounds of ice and a 24 pack of canned beverages, and it didn’t even fill half the cooler and still had ice in it 4 days later, while the cooler was sitting outside in near hundred-degree weather. Highly recommended!

There is not a substantial handle to pick cooler up. The handle is just molded plastic that you can barely get your fingers under. Also, it didn’t perform well in actually keeping things cool as the ice melted fairly quickly. It looks cool and I do like the fact it can roll and the little table feature was nice. Just don’t see myself using it frequently and definitely won’t be back on the beach.

This review is based off of only one use. First off, the cooler is very nice looking! It is constructed well. We loaded some beach chairs onto the top with Bungee Cords. on regular flat terrain, the cooler is effortless to pull/tow. The only negatives I have are that the ice melted incredibly fast imo. This may have been due to the fact that I did not load the bottom of the cooler with drinks and/or food, only half. This caused the ice to shift. The cooler did move through thick beach sand but a bit of effort was required.

Bought this to take to the beach in the hopes the wheels would make it easier to haul. Have to say it was amazing. My 13 years old grandson ended up hauling it back and had no problems dragging it though the sand. Love the newer handle design. As for keeping ice for 4 days? Doubtful. It wasn't even a particularly hot day and two bags melted pretty quickly. The butlers tray was a lifesaver as were the side clips to strap down gear. The dry storage, albeit small, was very nice to keep our phones and glasses from getting sandy and out of the heat. Well worth the money. Now the rest of the family wants one! Only negative is it is such a tall cooler we couldn't close the tonneau cover on the truck. It is about 4 inches too tall for the truck bed. Chevy 1500.

Very sharp looking cooler and really like the features it offers. Have yet to fill it and use it but I'm thinking its going to perform as advertised with up to 4 days of staying cold. I did read a review about not being able to secure the lid without the application of bungee cords and I do wish that it could be secured since it could potentially lead to spillage of the contents if off trail or even loading into vehicle, boat, pulling through sand on a beach or otherwise.

Over all this cooler is awesome. It’s a tank! Can easily take it to ball games or the beach and it holds a ton of items. We left ice in it after a tournament and a week later there was still a cooler full of ice! The reason I gave it 3 stars is because we can’t get the plug to stop leaking and it leaks in the car.

Doesn’t fit under Tanu cover in back of truck due to wheels. Recommend filling ice chest after it’s placed in vehicle. If you have Toy Hauler no problem as you can just wheel it in. Wheels are fantastic for any terrain! Held ice pretty well. Used as our drink cooler.

It looks great and seems sturdy. Took camping recently for 4 days and was disappointed on how long it held the ice. Had to refill on second day and that is with minimum opening. The tray on the lid will not stay in place. But I still like the look and it was easily to move around.
