We like the design of the cooler but the ‘glide handle’ will not extend and so is of limited use. With the handle not pulling out we will be looking to replace the cooler

So far so good. Well made cooler that keeps its cool. I'd buy it again if I ever needed a second and over half the price of the competition. Can't beat it.

This cooler is perfect for the beach. Wheel size definitely a plus for sand. 5 guys have asked questions about it or complimented me on it in the past 2 days.

This cooler has several convenient features! It's capacity, external compartments, tray on the inside, big sturdy wheels, and telescoping handle are perfect. Perfect for travel softball which is why we wanted it.

I have requested a refund as it is unable to keep items cold, the top does not latch and will open spilling the contents of the cooler when tilted to roll, and there is no handle to carry the cooler on the wheel side.

Really well built with so many extras. This cooler will hold enough for a weekend getaway, works great and is a smooth pull. Keeps items cold. The butler tray was an added surprise.

Excellent cooler from the over size wheels to the cap opener... ice stays frozen much longer so food stays colder longer....Handle extends to the correct length so no ones heel gets damaged...

Great function and design. My most recent Igloo cooler finally gave up the ghost after 19 years. Had to get a replacement. This one is a big upgrade full of features.

Well worth it, I bought this cause my nephew had one easy to use, holds ice for a long period of time, sturdy, and good on all terrains. I liked it so much i bought 2 to replace my other coolers.

Purchased this cooler for the beach and it works perfectly. Easy to roll and able to carry more items on the side with the straps. The cooler holds ice for about 4 days but it was perfect for what we purchased it for. Very happy with our purchase.
