The wax guards cannot be removed. It was like the original one was glued on, and the other wax guards were different than the original ones. You could not get the new wax guards to stay on. One hearing stopped working after just a week. That’s why we tried replacing the wax guard thinking that might be the problem. That was not it. Hearing aids seemed great until they weren’t.

I ordered these and tried them for a few days. I liked the size and the design, and the sound seemed to work well. However, my right ear canal was just a bit too small for the width of the appliance, and after a short time wearing them each day, my ear became very sore. I found another brand that had a smaller fit and I returned these for a refund.

Hearing aids, charger and included items seem well made, functional and easy to use. My hearing issues are sporadic with my seasonal allergies so these hearing aids seem to provide all the help I need. I hope the folks at Go Hearing will allow me to purchase just the accessories I need without having to waste money on domes that don't fit.

The left side (blue) did not work from the start. I would not hold a charge. It was more problem for me to send it back than to order another brand. Not happy. Your quality control sucks.

Needed help in large, noisy public settings like restaurants and conference halls. Found just the right settings to make these occasions fun rather than stressful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent Price for average hearing aids. One thing I don’t like about the hearing aids is I feel like the pitch doesn’t sound like it does when I have them out, other than that, they are alright.

Not good for music as it clips the bass and amplifies the high notes, amplifies sharp sounds like light switches, etc, sounds like one is inside a well when talking in a car and radio and outside noise overwhelms voices of the other passengers.

My first hearing aids. They worked fine right out of the box. I really like the charging box system. Can’t beat the price. Seems to be a great product, at least for my 70 year old hearing.

Fast shipping, easy to use and long usage without charging. The clarity is unlike any other OTC hearing aid I have ever used. I would definitely recommend!!
