I bought these. I was having a very hard time hearing. From day one when I put these Prime hearing aids in, it is wonderful! I can hear even a snap with my fingers. I am so proud that these affordable hearing aids came into my life. I love them. I am happy and very satisfied. I just got them so hopefully they last a good long time.

Only have the hearing aids about two weeks still learning to wear them can’t believe I haven’t heard what I’m hearing now the only thing that really bothers me I can’t find a channel that I’m really comfortable with and whistling but I’m working on that the value there really a one and the support is there if I need it so far I’m happy with what I purchased

The ear pieces are working well and the charging device is well-engineered but the USB port should be on the lower back side instead of the bottom so you can set the charging device on it's bottom. The only issue I have had is changing out the wax protectors. The instructions and tools provided were useless to change the wax protectors. I found that if you inverted the wax protectors (inside out), it would slip on the ear piece without any tools.

So far, so good. Comfortable fit. They install easily into the ear canal and produce no lasting feedback. The three programs and eight levels of volume adjustment are useful. The charging container is effective and keeps the hearing aids charged fully with use over several days so far.

They are very good , very little feed back which can be adj with volume, a little trouble with the settings but will figure it out . Overall I am completely satisfied with the hearing aids.

I really like them but at different times I feel the need to relocate them in my ear. Not sure if it is the mode is too big but I think I am using the smallest one that came with them. Other than that I love them.

I have never used hearing aids before so I tried some $4000 ones from a local place and they did not work for me. When I got my Go Prime and tried the I am very happy!

The service was absolutely fantastic. They do exactly as they were said to do. We have had, no problems with them. Everything is working well. The services work really well.

I really like them and very powerful and like how you can adjust the volume by pushing the little toggle switch!
