I initially bought this for a friend of mine, then liked it so much I had to buy myself one, and then a second bottle when the first ran out! Very tasty with nice complexities to flavor. Relatively mild heat but still has a good "tingle".

I fell in love so hard with the Blue Agave Siracha that I bought a dozen mini bottles and they were gone in 3 days because I could not stop giving them away to my customers, mailman, etc to try!!

My absolute favorite hot sauce. It's mild, full of flavor, and has a sweet undertone. I keep this one on hand and buy the biggest size! It's great on everything. If you enjoy a mild hot & slightly sweet hot sauce this one is for you!

Yellowbird makes the superior Sriracha, IMO. Eating this on my lunch as I type this review. I was pumped to see this bigger bottle available at Sam's, as it is my go-to flavor. It's really mild and a little bit sweet from the agave.

This Sriracha is flavorful and had a mild kick to it. It's wonderful and I would recommend it to any Sriracha lover. Try some of Yellowbird's other sauces too! The serrano/cucumber/lime sauce is terrific!

I ordered the Blue Agave Sriracha. Wife and I both like the great flavor and the right amount of heat for us. Our son mixes with Smoke Doctors Spicy BBQ Sauce and puts it on darn near everything. Will be ordering again.

Well crafted and unique flavor. I have been recommending this and other varieties of sauces to everyone. So far the fan favorite is still the blue agave sriracha

I've been a Yellowbird fan for a long time, and now am sharing with my team at the office. Only complaint - packing peanuts?! Why? If they are better for the environment, ok, but I'm not so sure, and they make a mess.

Really happy to find this sauce! Been buying now for awhile, and will continue to do so! The Sriracha is my favorite, but really enjoy all the sauces!
