I have had this fridge for about 6 months and I LOVE it. It’s not too botch by any means but it does the job, stays cold, has plenty of space, and I love the bottom freezer! If you live in a smaller place this fridge is PERFECT! Excuse the magnets etc.. my toddler can easily access this fridge as well for his snacks!

I absolutely love this new appliance in my house....besides looking good it also works great with door alarm if left open and comes with a ice maker installed that works even better than I thought it would!!! makes my family happy!!!!

I contacted Forno for help with refrigerator door that arrived damaged from Lowe's as Lowe's customer service was less than helpful. Within a day I had an email response to the email I sent. Throughout the process, it was shared that the item was on backorder but was provided with a tentative recovery ETA. I was assured that the replacement door would arrive at no cost to me as it was covered under 2 year warranty. The door just arrived and needless to say I am happy with the overall look and operation of the refrigerator but more so with the customer service I received

Just received this new fridge, so cannot yet speak to its longevity but it looks nice and seems to be functioning as expected.

Door cabinets fall out sometime. Seems like one does not stay in the locking holes good enough.

Our brand new refrigerator cannot maintain a temperature in the fridge compartment less than 48 degrees. We have the fridge setting at the lowest setting (32 degrees), but noticed food does not feel very cold (particularly drinks). We have had a thermometer in the fridge for 24 hours and it doesn’t read cooler than 48 degrees no matter where the thermometer is placed in the refrigerator compartment. We do not notice the compressor running excessively. We have tried adjusting the temperature in the freezer to a lower temperature to try to lower the fridge compartment temperature, but that has not had any effect on the fridge compartment. The air temperature in our house is consistently between 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit. We are concerned that the refrigerator’s temperature gauge may be defective.

Love the fridge but the it will beep as if the door is open but it’s not. It’s intermittent - sometimes it does, and other times it doesn’t

i need service as soon as possible due to the above issue
