Hello, Joycie. Thank you for giving our Air Wick Scented Oil Lavender and Chamomile refill a try! We're disappointed to learn that you were not able to enhance your home with this fragrance. It might be helpful to know that our warmers easily adjust with 5X fragrance settings, so you can select your desired level of scent intensity. We recommend you increase the setting of your device to allow more fragrance to emit. As the manufacturer of Air Wick, we would also like an opportunity to better assist you. Please call 1-800-235-6052 or send us an email via the Contact Us page on our website including reference number RB0000600637, and we would be happy to help. We look forward to hearing from you! Sincerely, Your Air Wick Team.
