It has a dial to adjust fragrance preference. I loved the smell of lavender and chamomile it filled the whole front area of the house and smelled great for weeks. The plug in oil lasts for weeks and still doesn't need to be replaced. I cant wait to try the other scents.

I never thought before I will purchase something like this, I always prefer something more professional. But this one surprised me. I definitely will buy more from amz. I have been buying this scent for years..... it was warm and subtle. I always recieved compliments on the scent. I just purchased new refills last week.... NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I've purchased in the past! Why change this popular scent? The new version smells like the urinal section in the men's bathroom! It's AWFUL...... all going in trash!! Please go back to the old formula......
