This rug has treated our home well! I love the design and the material is soft. With kiddos and dogs galore, the material seems to be doing well against stains. We’ve had a few spills here and there but no spots so far! The rug is very large and complements the room great. The only downside is how thin the rug is, but this is likely because it is washable.

Awesome rug, the softest I have ever owned BUT I could not vacuum it with my Dyson so I had to return it. I cannot have a rug I can’t clean.

This rug will not fit in a home washer. The tag says it can only be washed in a commercial sized washer. When wet it is very heavy. It took two of us to move it into the car. Having to pay to have the rug washed and dried defeats the purpose for me. At the time I purchased the rug I didn't see any care instructions on the website about this.

Too big to wash. I had the rug for two years. I took it to the laundry mat and put it in the biggest industrial washer. It didn't spin right. It was pretty soaking wet so it was too heavy to adjust. It was very difficult to adjust in the dryer, and it kept rolling up. It took a long time to dry because it was too wet when I put it in the dryer. LOL

Light enough for me to carry it into my new rental and unroll without needing a knife to cut the minimal packaging. It has a few creases, but laid nicely right off the bat.

This rug is great for a home with pets and/or kids. It’s more blue burgundy than the picture shows, and definitely is too heavy to wash at home but is washable. I usually buy 8x10 rugs, so 9x12 is a lot more floor coverage than I’m used too. I did struggle a little bit to vacuum at high speed, my Dyson kept stopping as it sucked in part of the rug. I lowered the speed and it kinda helped but with someone with a dog I just wish I can keep my vacuum at high speed. All in all it’s okay since I know I can wash it. My concerns are after washing the ends is it going to curl up on the ends and should I really dry in dryer? I have a runner in the same material and it curls up for a day or two but it’ll settle and flatten down. I dry it outside too, so we will see how that goes. All in all I think it’s great for my home and will save me a lot of money on carpet cleaning.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this rug. The 9'X12' size is huge and just exactly what I needed for my house. The rug itself is very soft and comfortable, and I would highly recommend this washable rug to anyone looking to upgrade a room in their house. I ordered this online and wasn't sure if the color I selected would work, but it is much more beautiful in person and the pattern works perfectly as well.
