[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! It has the lightest texture, and feels great on the skin. The term "gel" definitely describes the texture. It doesn't weigh down my skin or feel greasy. It absorbs well. It has a clean scent that isn't overbearing. It makes my skin look and feel very hydrated.

I really love the feel of this product on the skin, but it wasn't always 100% effective for my skin type. I usually have fairly oily skin, but it has been extremely dry this winter. When I used this product, it made most areas of my skin smooth. It did not get rid of the dry, flaky patches on my nose though. The smell is very pleasant and I really love the texture of it on the skin. I do think it is a bit on the pricey side. One last con is that I think it made me break out. I tested Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel for free, but all opinions are my own.

Very good for your skin especially in these hot summer days being in the sun makes my skin very dry and this stuff helps my face feel so much better and it doesn't irritate my skin and isn't thick and soaks right into my pores and makes my face feel refreshed 😊

I've been using this product since it hit the shelves and it is a miracle! I have dry flaky skin in the winter time and this stuff right here really packs a punch of much needed moisture! The hyaluronic acid is so nourishing, and really draws in the moisture for you! This product can be compared to Cliniques Moisture Surge, but at a better value! I have tried many different types of moisturizers and generally struggle with acne but this seems to hydrate me without giving me stubborn breakouts.

I like this as a dupe for Clinique. It works well and I go for it when I guess you could say a cheaper option. The price is pretty good. The scent is not that strong. I would say it does it's job. I have bought it several times but have started using something else.

I received this product complimentary to test and I was a little skeptical at first. However, after using it, I love how it moisturizes my skin without making it feel greasy. My skin can go from dry to oily in one day, but this product has not made me break out like some others have. Definitely try it yourself if you can be super dry one day then breaking out from your moisturizer the next. Neutrogena products are definitely the best for my skin!

The Neutrogena #HydroBoost Water Gel has a nice smooth consistency. It felt light on my skin and light as soon as I put it on. There was no heavy feeling like with many moisturizing creams. I found it was especially good for the few spots I have that get extra dry in the winter and I was able to layer it with my normal tinted BB cream for an extra #HydroBoost without feeling like my skin is weighed down by thick creams. This moisturizer has been great for me. It leaves my skin feeling fully hydrated, and the moisturizer doesn't leave a sticky or greasy residue on my face. I used to use the Drink of H2O by Tarte moisturizer, but found this one to be very similar and works even better in my opinion.
