I switched from Neutrogena Deep Moisture Cream to this and my face has gone backwards and is irritated, broken out, sore. It's worse than it's been in years. I gave it time to adjust to this but can't use it anymore because it's only getting worse with time.

I have combination dry/oily skin and I got this after seeing the TV commercial and decided to try it out. I've been using this daily for a few weeks now and I really love it! It doesn't take much to apply to my whole face, dries quickly and makes my skin feel super soft. It also seems to be balancing out my skin- not super oily/dry anymore. I'd recommend this if you have a similar skin type.

My skin had been subjected to more sun than normal and was dryer than usual. When I applied this-instantly, my skin felt softer, silkier and more hydrated!

Let me start this review by saying I used this product two times a day for two and a half weeks. The gel consistency was nice and made it so a little goes a long way. It sinks into the skin very quickly and does hold moisture for a while. I really liked the packaging colors but not the fact that it was in a tub. (I feel that's a haven for bacteria.) It has a light fresh fragrance, which at first I did not find overwhelming. The only problem I encountered was an irritation with my eyes (and I used it very far away from them). I'm not sure if it was the fragrance or maybe because I'm a contacts wearer. Overall this product was not for me, because of the eye irritation. Also I don't really like the idea of putting anything with a fragrance on my face. The older formula was lightweight but packed a powerful moisture punch. The new formula gives me the same moisture with a slightly heavier texture. The scent is a little extra in this new formula but it's not really a big deal. All in all I can say it still works well, just somewhat different.
