This cream is one of my favorites, I have my type of oily skin with pores and it helps me keep my skin hydrated but not greasy, I use it to prepare my skin before makeup, the price is super accessible and it is very good quality, I trust neutrogena a lot.

Honestly, I'm hesitant about drugstore lotions to carry the same effect as a higher-end brand. However, I was so pleasantly surprised with the effects of this moisturizer! It goes on silky smooth and has a cooling effect instantly on your skin. Here's what I noticed within just a week: decreased redness on my face, evenly hydrated for hours, slight extra even texture of face and a nice glow. Wow! Not going to lie, I didn't really like Neutrogena before trying this moisturizer. But I have to say they knocked it out of the park with their hydro boost line. This moisturizer is what got me into skincare. Before trying this I had given up on my skin because nothing ever helped. My skin used to be an oily mess and this helped me control it like nobody's business. It's by far my most recommended skincare item to people because it works for all skin types and gets the job done for a reasonable price. Not much more I could ask for from a moisturizer!

I went on smoothly and did not leave a sticky or greasy film. It absorbed into my skin nicely. It has a pleasant scent that I like, it's a fresh scent that goes away after a few minutes so it's not a fragrance that lasts long. I out it on at night after I cleaned my face of my daily makeup. In the morning my skin still felt nice and soft. The gel is so light that I think you would be ok if you used this instead of or in addition do your make up primer if you choose to do so. I would recommend you give this a try if you're looking for a non cream moisturizer for your face.
