Here's my review: I really wanted to like Hydro Boost. Out of the jar, the fragrance is pleasant but as the day progresses, the fragrance makes my eyes burn and sinuses ache. I used it twice with the same result. Because of this, I have no idea if the product is effective as a moisturizer. Too bad it's not offered for sensitive skin or unscented. The review is based on my personal experience, it does not mention competitive products, it does not include personal ID info and it does not contain profane or inappropriate language.

I absolutely love this product this is my favorite go to! My face was so dry and dull as I was visiting my gram other who is in her 70s her face is beautiful no wrinkles so I asked what her secret was she pulled this out of her bag and says all I use is this at night! This has helped hydrate my face so much! It moisturized without being heavy or greasy!

I used the extra dry gel cream and it is a great water based moisturizer. I have aggressively dry skin, so I layer it with heavier creams (usually dr jart ceramidin cream for the day), but it provides a good base level of moisture for the heavier occlusives to lock in.

This is a great affordable moisturizer for those with oily skin. This gel moisturizer is very hydration but also very lightweight so it helps balance out the oils in your skin. This would not be good for those with dry skin because it is not as thick as other moisturizers are. This is definitely something I would consider trying out if you have oily skin, as there are also no known irritants in this moisturizer.

I love this moisturizer in the summer! I have dry skin all year round, but this moisturizer is light and hydrating while not clogging your pores. My sensitive skin loved it! Feels like a burst of much-needed hydration and made my skin feel nice and soft!

I liked this well enough but not as a replacement to my favorite facial moisturizer. I quickly realized that the formula and texture is so similar to the gigantic family size lotion bottle of hydro boost water gel that I purchase that instead! I use it as primer

I prefer a lighter gel, and this is it. My FAVORITE moisturizer. If Neutrogena stopped producing this product, I would die. This moisturizer is amazing and very light. I found that it sets better on the skin if you apply it while your face is damp. I use it during the summer and winter and it just makes my face feel amazing and refreshed. I struggle with oily skin if I don't mositurize and this moisturizer leaves no oily residue on my skin at all because it's water-based. I was introduced to this product by my boyfriend who's dermatologist recommended it to him when he was put on Accutane to treat the side-effect of extremely dry skin. I was hesitant at first because I deal with oily skin, while he was having issues with dry skin but it worked amazingly on both of us. This is my holy grail. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little more affordable for how little product is given!!! I've had to buy it about 3 times this school year and the price on it keeps going up.
