Was shocked to see they were not in separate box's.

Like I said - it's sugar packets.  They didn't leak all over the place into the main box.  They arrived in good shape.  They're filled with sugar, just like it says on the description.  And the price is better than all the other places I checked.  What's not to love?

Half of the packets were empty and the other half were leaking. Made a total mess.

What a colossal disappointment. I knew from the amount of sugar leaking from the unopened box that I'd bought a lemon product. So many of these packets are empty: the seams of the packets have failed and sugar is everywhere. To be thrilled with the purchase, I just needed the sugar to be in the packet. That's apparently setting the bar too high.

Don't.

Ordered these on line since you don't carry them in the store any more.  There were a few packets broken and spilling out of the box when I opened it.  Other than that the product was fine.
