I have loved the vacuum so much-its sleekness, power, and lightweight, especially on dog hair-until the battery wouldn't charge. Now i have to invest in another vacuum.It sucks because this had everything I needed.

Stopped working after using it like 8-9 times. I used it a few times in my old apt that was all wood floors and then moved into a carpeted home. It died after two uses in the home.

I wouldn’t waste my money on this vacuum cleaner battery is worthless won’t stay for the maximum of 20 minutes and the performance is not strong enough!!! This vacuum cleaner is nothing but a waste of money and piece of garbage!!!

Anything it picks up it spits black out once you turn it of. If something snags it'll turn off and it isn't likely to suck up a grain of rice. Very disappointing.

the vacuum itself works amazing and i absolutely love it. but i have only had it right at a year and it’s already stopped working with only minimal use.
