It works well for light messes on hard floors, it is lightweight, and I found the removable battery to be convenient. The overall feel of the vacuum material is nice, and it doesn't feel cheap. The vacuum does not come with the wall mount pictured on the box and instructions, which was disappointing. Especially since there is no way to neatly store this vacuum without the mount. With that being said, I personally would not buy and keep this vacuum. The suction is not the worst and works well enough on fine particles, like sand and dog fur, but the vacuum does not have the clearance to pick up anything bigger, i.e. cereal. The battery life is horrible for any extended cleaning, like an entire house, and takes a very long time to recharge. The swivel is stiff, awkward, and not easy to use, even after multiple uses. The buttons and attachments require a bit of force when taking the vacuum apart/switching between attachments. The canister is easy to empty and the filter works well, but I am not a fan of the design. This vacuum would be decent for a small home or apartment, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with small children. I own a stick vacuum from a competitor with a similar price point that I am much happier with. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by the features and ability of this vacuum. In the past, I have used a similar style (but much higher priced) stick vacuum, and a number of things stuck out for me about the Bissell Powerlifter Turbo. It was very easy to assemble, my 6 year old actually put it together :) The battery does take a number of hours to charge, so make sure to get a head start on that before you want to use your vacuum. The only thing that made me unsure, was that when you attach the battery to the charger, there is a flashing light next to a triangle hazard symbol, which made me think that there was an error or something wrong. And I couldn't find a description of the charging symbols anywhere in the manual or the troubleshooting section of the website But the battery charged fully and there was no problem. I love that when you turn on the vacuum with the "trigger" button, the vacuum stays on until you press the button again. I don't need to continuously grip the button and tire out my hand like with my other vacuum (it sounds silly but it really makes a difference!). I also love the lights on the wide attachment, making it perfect for under couches and beds. The 3 attachments that it comes with cover the needs of normal usage. I was also impressed that the Powerlifter Turbo was noticeably quieter than my other vacuum. The vacuum is overall lightweight but powerful, and I would certainly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a Dyson stick vacuum and was skeptical that the Bissell could be as good given the difference in cost. However, the Bissell has some unique features like the light on the vacuum head and being able to click the button to turn on vs needing to keep the hand on the trigger that make it unique & attractive vs the Dyson. It's also nice to be able to remove the battery to charge instead of having the plug in the entire machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made in Vietnam, this floor vac is lightweight thus making it easy to maneuver around corners, in between spaces, and especially on tile floors. I have both carpet and tile floors but it cleaned tile floors better. It picked up dog's hair without clogging. When using the floor vac, the battery didn't last long. It says 40 minutes on the box, but it lasted around 15 minutes. It lasts longer using the hand vac. The noise level is so much lower than most vacs that I have used in the past. The debris canister and filter are so easy to empty and clean. The handle is very comfortable making it easy to press when starting and stopping the vac. The suction is more powerful when using the hand vac. Other features that I like are the long extension wand that allows me to reach spider webs on my ceiling; tangle-free brush roll the prevents dog's hair from getting tangled around the brush, LED headlights, and the three power modes for vacuuming. I would only use this vac for light cleaning. It does not sufficiently clean carpet. I was given this stick vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this stick vacuum from the Stellar review panel. First impression out of the box, this is a high quality, sleek looking machine. I love how easy it is to grab and clean up small messes. I was using this primarily on carpet. Pros: Lightweight, attachments are easy to swap out, making it great for stairs or cars also. It's easy to empty and clean the roller, and it's small but sturdy. The suction is about what I would expect of a battery powered vacuum. It was able to handle small jobs easily, and I was even able to use it for a whole house vacuum with no problem . I love the trigger power switch, and the touch display is great. The removable battery is very convenient and easy to charge, but that does being us to the main Con: The battery life was a little lacking. If this is your only vacuum, and you're doing several rooms, it will be dead at the end. About 25 minutes of run time I would say, depending on which power level you choose. I mostly used the middle setting, which is automatic when you turn it on. I simply charge it after each use unless I'm using it for small, quick jobs. Overall, I really like this vacuum, and would definitely recommend it because of it's convenience and ability to go anywhere and tackle everyday messes with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like this vacuum. I felt like the suction through the long portion was not strong enough. Whenever I vacuumed, it required multiple runs over and when I stopped to pick it up and move it, the dirt would fall out. It doesn't seem that the suction is that strong. It is also top heavy and falls often. My product did not come with a hook for me to hang it up so it leans on the wall and often falls, which is awkward. There are some physical parts that need to be worked on however I feel that this product could get better. I would not recommend this exact model, but I know Bissell has quality products so hopefully the next iteration is better.

First off it's great that it is cordless so it is easy to take from room to room without plugging/unplugging as you go. It is very lightweight, I was able to carry it one handed with no issues. There is a front light so when you vacuum darker areas, it is still very easy to see where you are vacuuming. I was amazed at how full the vacuum got after just using it once on the master and hallway rug! It is also not extremely noisy which is a HUGE plus for me. With a little one and a cat, cleaning during quiet times can make vacuuming hard but this one is not too loud and is perfect to quickly clean up the house with! I will be reaching for this vacuum regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this stick vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was pretty excited to try a Bissell product. I have 3 kids aged 3y, 5y, and 6y so the amount of dirt, crumbs, and random stuff is ridiculous. It has 3 power modes and while the lowest setting was quiet enough not to bother my light-sleeping toddler in the next room, I preferred medium. I didn't notice a much of a difference between medium and high power. The suction and cleaning was just about what I was expecting. I've never been dissatisfied with a cordless machine's performance. The convenience of not being tied to a wall and not having to worry about accidentally tripping myself is nice. It's so lightweight and pivots nicely. Draw backs? Any piece of paper that was larger than a quarter would get stuck in the little area where it passes from the stick to the actual crumb container. Anything taller than a couple of quarters stacked was too tall and would just be pushed along (but at least kid toys won't get sucked away). I also found that anything moist (like tiny little bits of broccoli floret) just won't get sucked up. I loved how easy it was to empty and clean. I also loved the hand vac accessory better than what I previously used to clean out car seats, sand from the trunk, and kitchen corners. Based on the packaging, I got the impression you would mount it to a wall charger. However, there wasn't a wall mount included. I tried propping it up in a corner and it would just slide down. It doesn't stand upright. Overall, I would recommend this product to the 20 year old college me who lived alone with my dog. It would have been amazing on my weekend clean-ups- getting the dirt and hair my dog and I tracked in off the doggy bed and couch. It would have been so much faster than the broom and lint brush I used back then. That being said, I don't really recommend it to someone in my stage of life. The kinds of messes my kiddos make are too big and moist for this stick vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been loving the Powerlifter Turbo Cordless Stick Vacuum since the very first time I used it. I have been using a Dyson (refurbished) for years, I just had not been happy with it recently. Throughout my review I will be comparing the Bissell to my Dyson. I noticed that the Bissell will literally pick up ANYTHING off hard wood floors and carpet - something my Dyson just stopped doing. I love that there is a light, it helps to see where miniscule particles are lying. I love that I don't have to keep holding on to the "ON" button like I do with Dyson. My only complaint is that it is top heavy. I think because it is top heavy and the wheels don't spin around quite like the Dyson, the foot of the vacuum will lift off the floor and I have to adjust the way I am holding it so that it is at an angle and then the foot will fall back to the ground. Charging the battery is very easy. Emptying the vacuum is easy to do also! I am overall very happy with the vacuum! I would pay retail for this product. It is easy to operate and I would let my children use it as well!
