The battery is easy to charge, and I love that the vacuum it's cordless; makes it a lot easier to navigate the different areas of the apartment. It comes with really handy attachments, and also has a light that lets you see the dust much better. I also really appreciate that it's small and easy to store, especially in a tiny apartment like mine!

I've been rethinking my mantra- and Bissell has helped reinforce my belief that you CAN find great products at a great price! I've got a toddler, a teenager, a dog and a cat- so I want the job done quickly, and I want it done right. The Bissell Powerlifter Turbo is a game changer. It's quiet, has amazing suction, and does the job quickly and efficiently. It has all of the attachments for my furniture and tight spaces. The battery life is long and best of all, my teenager loves to use it! :)

Honestly...this vacuum is horrible. It doesn't work on hardwood floors, tile or carpet. Anything it attempts to suck up, just ends up back on the floor in a pile after you cut the vacuum off. The battery drains super fast. The design of it is great, just wish it would actually do what it was designed for.

I was actually in the market for a new stick vacuum when I received the Bissell Powerlift to try out, as my previous stick vacuum had recently stopped working. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. I let it charge fully before I started using it (took about 3 hours to charge). My whole house needed a good vacuum and it's about 2,000 SQ feet so I wanted to see how far I could go before it needed a new charge. I got a good 30 minutes of vacuuming done before it needed a charge and I was able to do about 2/3 of my house with it, which I thought was great, considering it really needed a good vacuum and was fairly dirty. I have pets (cats and a dog) and I have very long thick hair, so I had to empty the canister about 5 times diluting that 30 minutes. The suction was very powerful, I was pleasantly surprised! I also really loved the light at the front. Once I had my whole house vacuumed I wanted to try it out as a handheld, and that was also very easy to use with a lot of good suction. I have a couple of slight cons, just for me. The vacuum when completely put together it's very top heavy and will not stand up on its own. Also, I have arthritis and just a few minutes of vacuuming had my hand very achy and tired. I definitely recommend this product! Thank you Bissell for the free product to test!

I was surprised by the suction and cleaning performance of an appliance that is so lightweight. One of my favorite design features is that it is cordless, which made it so much easier to maneuver around. I loved that there were 3 power modes, and that the volume was so low. The attachments also provided additional ways to utilize the vacuum for cleaning baseboards and upholstery. I received this stick vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I recommend it for anyone looking for an easy to use cordless stick vacuum.

I've never had a vacuum like this and it is awesome! I love all the accessories and the fact that it's cordless. I used it on my couches for pet hair removal and it worked like a charm. It has three different levels of power suction so you can easily choose what's right for different areas and surfaces. You can also switch from full vacuum to handheld easily. Definitely a plus! I would say the only drawback is battery life, but it's not too much of a hassle because you can easily charge and use in no time at all. Can't wait to try it on other areas of my home. My husband likes product as well and that is an added bonus! Will recommend this product to friends and family.

I have a bissell crosswave that vacuums and mops but it's a little bulky and has a cord. So it's less convenient to pull out everyday when I just need to quickly clean up. But this vacuum is perfect for that. It's cordless and lightweight. I have a small studio apartment so I can pass over all my floors before the battery runs out. It's a much needed product in my cleaning routine, I wish I would've gotten it sooner. I use it on tile. It's easy to empty when the canister gets full

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what to expect from a Bissel vacuum since these days they don't seem top of the line with other brands like Shark and Dyson out there. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up. It had very few pieces which made cleaning and assembling very easy. I also loved the light on it. My current vacuum does not have a light and I didn't realize what I was missing. It did an amazing job on my rugs and I liked the feature where it automatically turns off if it starts sucking up the rug too much. The trigger to turn it on and off is also really convenient. Another big plus was how slim the vacuum was. For the first time in years I've been able to get a vacuum under my bed to suck up all that dust. I loved how the different attachments worked as well. It was also very convenient and lightweight to use. My only critique would be that the battery life is short and it takes a long time to charge. I fully charged the battery (let it go overnight) and vacuumed my small 1000 sq ft apartment and it lasted, but I went back the next day and the battery was dead. Additionally, it was kind of a pain to have to remember to remove the battery and charge it vs being able to put it in a dock. However, I did like that there was the option to remove the battery because I do not have a plug in the closets and have no idea where I would place a dock. My last critique is that it would be nice if there was an easier way to stand the vacuum up. It always seems to be falling over to one side when I prop it up against the wall. I did see in the manual that Bissell sells wall units that you can attach to, so that probably would solve this problem for storage, but for simply resting the vacuum while it is out, it is hard to do. Overall, I'm really impressed and look forward to using this vacuum going forward. My mother even said that is is very comparable to her Dyson that she spent a fortune on.

I honestly never thought to try a cordless vacuum because I did not think that they could be strong enough. This Power Lifter Turbo surprised me! It is a powerhouse! It is so light and easy to maneuver around my house. I love it with the vacuum foot. It really doesn't tangle and with 2 long haired people and a cat, there is a lot of hair and fur to contend with. The fact that I can also use it as a stick vacuum for detail cleaning overhead is awesome too! I was easily able to clean all our ceiling fans as well as all the corners of our ceilings and our wide woodwork. It is so light! When I first turned it on, it was so relatively quiet that I was surprised by the powerful suction. This thing is so awesome! With a cat and a 6 yr old in our household there are lots of messes and fur to clean up. I love that I can easily go from room to room, from hardwoods, to rugs, to around the kitty litter boxes. Not to mention that our carpeted steps are very steep. This vacuum is so light that it makes it very easy to go up the stairs. I love this light weight power house so much! I attached a photo of my most recent vacuum, so gross & so satisfying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to be picked for this. I live in a small 1bd/1bd condo and love how small the vacuum is. Plus, being cordless makes it SO much easier to get around our tight space without having to worry about the cord catching on things while I'm cleaning. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. That being said, the battery life is AWFUL! I'm so shocked that it couldn't even vacuum our small space before dying on me. My husband and I love the features but truly wish the battery would last more than 10 minutes. Maybe great as a hand vacuum for small messes, but definitely not for general cleaning. I couldn't imagine if we had pets. Also, I notice it doesn't do the best job at picking up... I had to go over areas a few times before giving up.
