[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this vacuum as it had good reviews. I have dogs and bunnies so we vacuum and sweep a lot! We have a Dyson vacuum and shark handheld stick. The shark didnt pick up as much and didn't last long. I noticed how loud the vacuum was compared to my other brands. Thought it would be great suction at least. Well not the best and I can't vacuum more than 2 room without battery dying. It is loud like an airplane and is very top heavy. Maybe I got a defective one because I am only 39 and I can't see older folks using this. I might need to buy a Dyson handheld.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wall mount design and instructions are very poor. Charger requires battery to be backwards so you can't tell if it's charged. 3 tools but only 2 storage areas. This is important component to be so poorly thought out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this vacuum. I was so excited to get it, but quickly realized this was not what I was expecting. The maneuverability was great, and I could easily use it one-handed while holding my baby in the other hand. But unfortunately even on the strongest suction, it didn't seem to pick up much, and as soon as I stopped the vacuum it would leave a massive puddle of dust and dirt where it was, requiring me to have to go get another vacuum out to clean up that big mess. And the attachments picked up even less dirt! It does pick up hair well so I still am using it for that, but not much else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it 2 times and it just stopped working. They are shipping a replacement but not sure if that will work more than 2 times. Add this to the fact it takes 5 hours to charge the battery for 10 minutes of vacuum time and this is a big no for me. It worked great for the 20 minutes I have used it but a broken machine is useless

I love this vacuum because it is light weight and easy to handle and manuveuver

very power suction. i was skeptical buying this vaccuum but after using it i was really impressed.
