Perfect to sweep my hard floors throughout the house and touch up my carpets. Love the removable battery so the whole device isn’t out for charging. Easy to empty canister.

The product is nice. However, the battery life does not last that long. I can only vacuum my entire house once and it dies. Also suction is not that great on carpet. It works okay on hardwood floors.

I put it together, used it once and now it's not working. There are very few trouble **** options. When I went to the website to get more help with troubleshooting there wasn't anything there that helped

This vacuum was easy to put together, came with all the attachments, but I vacuumed my entire house, and it only picked up like three crumbs… Definitely not good quality as far as power and accuracy goes.

While this has a good feel to it, I can feel hardly any suction when turned on…even on high. The motorized head seems to function well, but without suction it doesn’t mean much.

love this. It is better than the last one I had the only thing I didn't like is no wall mount included. I can't tell you how cool the head lights are. I always buy Bissell because of the company commitment to fur babies.

This is a great vacuum for hardfloors! The suction is awesome and it picks up not only dirt and messes but also dust. It's like a swiffer and vacuum in the same tool. It has made a world of a difference in cleaning all my hardwood floors.

does not hold dirt and dog hair well it all gets stuk at door in canizter where its connwcted to stick u have 2 stop vaccum and clrar it several times all the time

Dont like that it is top heavy due to battery being on the handle. Suction is not as strong as I thought it would be. I've had much better cordless stick vacs. its barely adequate.
