This is more like an electric broom can suck up dust but anything else like cheerios or cat litter is a no go doesn’t pick up hair and when you shut it off it leaves a pile behind. I returned this and got a shark and I’m much happier.

I really like this vacuum, BUT as many others have stated it takes longer to charge the battery than it actually works. I’d say it lasts me 25-30 minutes TOPS!

Great suction/power,but its a little heavier than I expected, plus I have to keep pushing down on the swivel head to stay on the carpet; it keeps lifting up

does not hold dirt and dog hair well it all gets stuk at door in canizter where its connwcted to stick u have 2 stop vaccum and clrar it several times all the time

I have hardwood floors and two dogs that shead this thing is great just wish the battery would last longer, however for the price point this vacuum proves sometimes you get more than you paid for ♥️

Lightweight, good suction, different speeds for floors, carpets, etc. Additional tools included. Putting it together was fairly easy. It was overall a good value.

Will return due to very short run time while vacuum is set to high (10 minutes) and the length of time to charge battery. I do really love the filtration and while its running the performance is great.

We bought this and not 2 months in .. it just stopped working!! We did use it every day but also the battery died with in 7 mins max of use!! Not very happy with it !!

This Bissel Vacuum Picks Up Things I didn't know were there. I have pets and they are shedding reallu bad because of change of season and this Vacuum been helping with the excess hair everywhere so Much.

In looks and features, it resembles a Dyson, but it has NO power and really doesn't pick up on low floors or small rugs. The detachment functionality works the best but you can't use it to do larger areas. Just not worth the price.
