i do not have carpets so this Vacuum is okay for wood floors or tiles...

Seen some negative reviews but this thing is awesome. It's meant primarily for hardwood/tile floors and short pile carpet. It doesn't replace a regular vacuum but if you have 3 dogs it's absolutely perfect at picking up all that hair and dander on a daily basis. Short running time but again, it's meant for quick clean ups or a couple of rooms. I can do about 20 minutes a charge on medium which picks up tons of hair. No tangle brush works as advertised. Quick tip...turn out the lights and run the vacuum with the led lights. You'll be shocked at what your old cac doesn't pick up compared to this. Great value! Good product if used as described above. Not meant to replace a whole house vacuum.

Dont waste your money. Ended up returning it after 3 weeks of daily use hoping for a difference. Ended up getting a $20 corded Dirt Devit vaccuum from Walmart that severely outperformed this no suction, low battery, cute for nothing Bissell. Listen to the other bad reviews...they are accurate.

Cant beat the price or performance
