I love the vacuum but the battery do not last a full 30 mins. It takes forever to charge and only about 10-15mins

The battery life isnt very long. For the price, its good for smaller jobs on hardwood floors, not so much carpets unless its a thin rug. I like Bissel because they support dogs.

It says there is a clip to attach to the wand for extra tools but it was not included. Also states there is a wall mount but it was also not inlcuded.

This vacuum is awful! Has no suction and when you turn vacuum off everything falls right out of it!

the vacuum doesn't pick up anything on any of it's suction levels. it's a piece of crap!

this vacuum sucks literally. I would not waste my money. it does not have very good suction at all

Only had it a few weeks, and the battery won't charge any longer.

I loved this vacuum but after four months the battery stopped working.

My Dyson broke down and this vacuum is very dependable and gets the job done.
