First, you should know that this product is not recognized by bosses. You cannot find the product number on their website. Second you cannot find detailed product information to help answer any questions you may have.

This is the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. I have to go over the floor several times to half way pick up something. I used it for everyday light vacuuming just in the kitchen. I do not recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loved this vacuum. It gets all the hard to get areas and does a great job. The only drawback is how often you have to empty the cannister.

Searched everywhere. Even their website. Support recommended a wall mount that actually doesn't charge the vacuum, but also has no backplate to mount to the wall, so it's completely useless. Thanks Bissell

The battery life on this vacuum is terribly short. I times it yesterday after having it fully charged. Less then 12 minutes is what i was able to get out of it.

Very weak suction even on highest setting. Was looking to replace my shark cordless vaccine %26 decided to try this one. I am going back to Shark %26 this one is being returned!

High speed doesn't work. Retured it.
