[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not be easier to set up. Even the self hearing test for each ear was a breeze. Only difficult part was self registering the Warranty. I think it’s fair to assume that the majority of your customers are elders and the serial numbers on each (right and left) device is microscopic. I had to engage someone younger to accomplish the task.

I ordered these for my wife who has difficult hearing and very sensitive to anything in or around her ears. Order process and delivery was timely and easy to deal with. Product arrived in a timely manner. Instructions and booklet are clear and helpful and product worked as expected and advertised. My wife was able to tolerate earbuds without problems.The price is more than recent other competition just announced, but not sure if their product is as effective as these.

The sound improvement is good, but I would take more equalizing adjustment than only a Bass-Trebble parameter. You have to change your habits of placing your arms behind the head because of feedback noise. They are also difficult to put on with only one hand.

They improved my hearing and functioned as high-fidelity earphones that allowed me to enjoy music from my iPhone. The sound is so crisp and clear. The ability to fine-tune the volume and bass/treble is a huge plus. My only minor complaint is that the hearing aids tend to turn off and disconnect randomly from my iPhone.

Lexie delivered is a day or so, i did the hearing test and started wearing them. Weeks ahead of trying to get an appointment with an audiologist and for thousands less expense.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hearing aides are not perfect, however, my husband says my voice is lower and I don't scream as much as I did. We had to start using a front speaker for the TV so the TV was at a volume level comfortable for the two of us. It also seems easier to focus on what my husband is saying at a restaurant or in the casino. At first I thought they weren't working and there are times when I can't tell the difference when they are in or when I take them out. When it's quiet I seem to be able to hear the TV well enough with them out. They don't do anything for my tinnitus but I have tried several things for that and nothing works for very long.

If you are used to prescription hearing aids, you will be slightly disappointed with the capabilities of these aids. I find that I always need to sacrifice some frequencies for others. If I want to hear crisp, highs, it comes with over-amplification of other frequencies which can be sometimes painful. I have to find a setting and "settle". These quality of the sound is excellent and extremely natural. I just wish there was more customization.

I am loving my new hearing aids and streaming calls through my phone, shutting the noise behind or beside me and focusing my hearing where I want it. I have discovered so many new sounds of life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well as hearing aid but there are problems. You have to physically press buttons to turn on when remove from case. While the wires to ear buds hold it in place well, they are difficult to use to put the hearing on each time

They have made a difference in my life daily. Overall they and the app. are intuitive to use and was simple to understand. Have had intermittent connection issues to my iPhone, experiencing static or one channel cutting out on calls or audio driving directions.
