Easier to use than I ever imagine. I have smaller than average ears, but have the longer cable was still needed to wear my glasses at the same time as the hearing aids. I am glad I asked for them when I ordered them. Ten days in, my ears still hurt from wearing them. But the small differences of hearing women more clearly is worth it. I wish the units were less wide, even if I gave up battery life. As far as the app goes, I wish it worked with Apple MAPS so that it could recognize when I am at home, at work, and other repetitive locations so that the Lexie app would automatically sense where I am and adjust to that environment. Or at least allow Siri to adjust it for me without having to open the app.

New aids worked great until I had to update the firmware, less than a month ater I received them. After numerous tries to update and failing to get it to work, I finally contacted support thru the website chatbot but they could not get it to work either. So I had to return them for repair. I am awaiting a new pair sent as a replacement.

Ordering online was simple and easy. The website made it easy to understand the benefits of each model. I got the Lexie B2 Plus because it came with a charging pod instead of having to buy expensive little batteries and try to replace them with less than perfect eyesight. I can stream my phone and other media thru them using Bluetooth. You have to download the Lexie app to your phone. Then follow the instructions in the app or booklet to take the hearing test and configure the settings. The phone app lets you make adjustments to suit your needs or environment. Its all pretty slick & Easy. I've suggest Lexie to several of my senior friends. VERY SATISFIED so far.

My Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids are performing as expected: it helps hearing in group conversations. Construction is good, putting the hearing aid on and turning on is easy. Occasional difficulty connecting to the phone, but the HA use your own preset when turned on, and in most situations phone control is not needed. I cannot comment on the difference with hearing aids tuned by a professional audiologist, but as an off-the-shelf self-tuning hearing aid, the Lexie B2 Plus seems quite good.

In the morning everything works well. In the afternoon I no longer get text notifications which I am told Is done to preserve hearing aid batteries. I can't have my notifications not working so I have to unpair the hearing aids from bluetooth. Certainly not ideal but...

The Lexie B2 are excellent hearing aids. Being able to hear my phone calls through is an added bonus. They fit perfectly. Great purchase.

The hearing aids so far are fine but the App needs work. Have to constantly turn the hearing aids off and on to get info from the app. If you don't use the app after a few minutes you have to turn your aids off and on again

You won’t go wrong choosing these aids. Sound is extremely clear and natural. The variable ear tube extensions are so well engineered and comfortable I sometimes forget I’m wearing them. I would give them a 6 on a 5 star rating.

They are working great. They helped me figure out needs and sent them to me. They do require a lot of reading to educate self on details. I still have to take some time to figure some things out. Still occasionally struggle with Bluetooth connection. Still have things to learn but quality of hearing is good.

I got hearing aids previously from an audiologist (at more than twice the price!). I like these much better because I can control volume, direction, treble, etc myself. I also like being able to test my own hearing instead of having to return to the doctor. Time will tell how durable they are, but so far, they’re great. The Bose name meant a lot to me, as I own other excellent Bose products.
