[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all the over the counter hearing aids, Lexie is the one that I really like it's small and fits behind the ear and comfortable. Also the app is easy to use and adjust to ones liking. I like them so much I have two pair, a B1 I've had for 3 years and still work great and a b2 I just recently purchased because I wanted to try the one that one can charge and not use batteries. I wear them all day and never realize I still have them on when I go to bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed my Lexi hearing aids while I had them. Unfortunately I had to return them because my insurance would not cover them. Lexi accepted my return without problems, so that was nice. They were easy to set up and I liked how easy it was to adjust the settings with the app. I could easily change from settings I liked for indoors to outdoors. The rechargeable case is a great idea too. It’s so easy to just drop the hearing aids into the magnetic case to charge them, and the fact that the case itself can hold a charge makes travelling with them easier. My favourite thing about them was the birds. Outside, I was so much more aware of all the birds! I think it is a shame that my insurance company doesn’t cover self fitting hearing aids. I guess they would rather pay more.

I returned mine. Biggest issue is with the Bluetooth would not automatically switch to my vehicle when I got in the car. This resulted in incoming calls still going to my phone and not the car’s audio system. This results in a dangerous situation. Lexie advised manually switching things when I got in the car and then again when I got out. Too much of a hassle for me. I remain happy with my Bose B1 version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still relatively new to the Lexie B2 Plus, but they have improved my hearing in crowds and elsewhere. Very loud environments remain a problem, but in normal restaurant and other public environments, they have been great.

I was very disappointed in the performance of these hearing aids. They overamplified close sounds, like keys in my pocket or a faucet running, to the point of being jarring, while providing little amplification to a person talking across the room or the TV. When I went to return them, they were accepted pretty easily, but Lexie would not refund the cost of the Care Kit I had bought along with the aids, so that was money wasted.

I had been reviewing OTC hearing aid options off and on for months, as a more affordable option to my old Resounds that quit after 10+ years. Finally I settled on the Lexie B2 Plus to try, and was not disappointed. They were easy to set up, wear and adjust to my hearing needs. I didn’t even need to make use of the support system offered by the company. After a couple of hours of wear, I knew I would be keeping them. If they last beyond the warranty period (and I have no reason to think they won’t), then I will be very happy with my choice.

Lexie delivered is a day or so, i did the hearing test and started wearing them. Weeks ahead of trying to get an appointment with an audiologist and for thousands less expense.

I have severe to profound hearing loss and although these aids are supposed to be for mild to moderate they have worked wonderfully for me. They are comfortable although I am waiting on a different length wire to provide even better fit. The company itself has been extremely helpful, reaching out to me to determine my satisfaction with them. The hearing aids are virtually unnoticeable when they are being worn and have multiple settings for different background noise etc. An exceptional product that I will strongly recommend to all,who ask me.

I am loving my new hearing aids and streaming calls through my phone, shutting the noise behind or beside me and focusing my hearing where I want it. I have discovered so many new sounds of life!
