I came across my first Home Run Inn Pizza around 10 years ago and have been in a love affair every since. The crust was unlike anything I had ever tasted, crisp, flaky, buttery, delicious! The sauce was so authentic, I swore I tasted a touch of wine. I can't say enough about how much I truly enjoy this pizza, hands down the BEST I'VE EVER HAD!

I discovered this brand about a month ago and it was a big hit with my family - especially my mom, who fancies herself a frozen pizza connoisseur. She liked it so much, she went out and bought another one! We love the crunchy, chewy crust, and the flavors of the sauce and toppings. There was a decent amount of cheese as well. Home Run Inn pizza is now one of our favorite quick meals!

We grew up in Chicago, but retired to Arizona. We have one retailer near us who carries HRIP (thankfully!) so we get at least one per week! My husband would eat it every day, literally! There are a lot of Chicago transplants here and they all comment how hard it is to find a decent, authentic Chicago style pizza - in restaurants, delivery, or frozen. We tell them they can get HRIP at this grocery store and they’re so grateful and excited!! It is the very best of home!!

I usually add Italian spices and sprinkle garlic powder before placing in the oven. The outside of the pizza cooks (browns) faster, while the middle is not brown. I'll run water over the outside inch or two all around for a more even browning of the cheese while cooking

I used to eat the mini ones all the time when I was younger and then we couldn’t find them so I stopped eating sausage and only ate pepperoni, fast forward 15 years I’m walking through Sam’s club and I see the the pizza , go home cook it and tear up because it taste exactly how I remember it , and now I can eat sausage pizza again !!!! It’s sooooooooo good

This pizza reminds me and my husband of back in the days in Chicago when they served home run in pizza at the bowling alley. The first time we bought it and baked it at home I looked at my husband and said “what does this remind you of? “. We both said “the bowling alley” at the same time! Love our Home Run Pizza!♥️

We started eating Homerun Inn pizza in the Chicago area restaurants so when we saw this was available in Arizona we had to try it and are very happy we did. We eat it at least twice a month and have been since we first tried it. The flavor is robust, the sausage is excellent, and the crust is crisp. We highly recommend it.

We bought our first frozen Home Run Inn pizza about a month ago. It was a good price and we were looking to try something different. Let me tell you, it is so good. Just the right amount of cheese, not skimpy and sausage. The crust is also crispy and delicious.

We have one store we can buy our HRI pizza at. We usually always have at least one in our freezer. SO cheesy and sausage in every bite! The crust is my favorite, buttery and flaky. Thank you for allowing us to dine on pizza no matter if we are thousands of miles from Chicago.

no matter how we cooked it, the crust never seemed to bake. it was almost yeasty when we ate it. it looked uncooked and tasted terrible. the toppings were really good though, but not worth the money to spend since we peeled the toppings off and just ate those by themselves because the crust was inedible.
