Growing up on home run inn as my grandfather would always bring us pies straight from the factory. To this day it’s the only frozen pizza I enjoy. You can taste the difference, real sauce, real sausage and cheese. Not that over sweet gross sauce. Then the crust so buttery and the right amount of flaky. Chicago knows pizza!

The home run in pizza is the only pizza we buy from the store. It’s as good or better than any of the local pizzeria pizzas we can get around here. When we’re in Chicago we always go to the home run pizza inn. I like to do mine up with mushrooms maybe throw some pepperoni on and some sweet pepper slices. Regardless it’s always better than anything we can get around here.

I have traveled many places in hopes of finding the best pizza, and being that I grew up in Chicago, we have had our fair share of pizza places. However, I have never tasted and craved pizza as much until I tasted Home Run Inn's 12" Family Classic Crust Sausage pizza. In my 40 years of living, I have had the pleasure of eating Home Run Inn pizza for many years and nothing comes close. The savory flavor; the perfect crust and perfect amount of cheese and ingredients makes for a fulfilling consumption for which I have difficulties with sharing pieces with anybody lol This is the best pizza I have consumed, and will continue buying this above any pizza-traditional or otherwise.

I grew up in Chicago and 31st Street was our Home Run Inn. In Florida, Chicagoans search for good pizza, Joey D's does pretty good job but this Frozen Home Run Inn even beats eating Joey D's in restaurant. It's that good. People who NEVER had Home Run Inn have tried the frozen at my house and are amazed, they say it's the best pizza ever.

We live in St augustine FL and to put it bluntly, pizza here sucks! After trying about 10-12 different pizza joints, we settled on Pizza Hut because it was consistent, and was better than anything else we were going to get. We finally tried a frozen Home Run Inn and were pleasantly surprised. It was MUCH better than Pizza Hut for a frozen pizza. My only downside is that the crust seems a bit too thick for me.

I buy Home Run and the last time I purchased the crust was very undesirable. I slide it bake into the oven to attempt to cook the crust but the top got dark and the crust stayed nasty doughy. Sorry I took no pictures but have not purchased since. Here you go, you asked and I answered.

Home runs Classic Sausage. Pizza has been a staple in our family for years. We love it kids come home from school and grab one and pop it in the oven. It makes their day. It’s my favorite too. I like it right out of the oven and I even like it after it gets cold I tried making my own pizza but why bother don’t try and fix something that’s already the best Home Run Classic Sausage Pizza you can’t beat it.

This pizza reminds me of growing up in Chicago! The best frozen pizza I have ever experienced!
