For the price I paid this has been a steal. Getting the dock setup was a pain, admittedly. The unit requires a lot of space around it to successfully dock and clean itself out. Once I got that sorted and the mapping corrected its been a treat.

Really poor mapping ability. Not even done one complete clean circle. Get stuck everywhere, have to push manually to go to location where to clean. Only good thing is its mop which dont leave water spots on proclaim tiles. But tank is so small that hardly do 10x10 feet mopping.

It's sleek, can be tucked into the corner of the room, and all I have to do is simply turn it on, and then it works its magic and cleans my entire apartment with no stress or worry! I don't have any carpets so I don't really have to worry about multi surfaces, but even with that being said, I'm sure this robot would be smart enough to detect different floor surfaces with no issue. It is effective at cleaning up all the dust and hair that can be left behind from regular daily life, and I no longer have to stress about guests, dropping crumbs all over the floor. Honestly, it has been such a game changer in my life, and I don't even know how I function without it! It's also very smart when it comes to obstacles, I can figure out how to reroute itself so that it doesn't jam into the wall or anything like that. Overall, I am so happy that I have this, and if it ever breaks down for any reason, I will 1000% get another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba Vacuum and Mop combo robot vacuum is pretty good to have. I mainly used it to vacuum our hardwood floors. I only used the mopping function twice because it didn't come with any cleaning product, and the manual says to use specific products that I didn't have. Initially, it took us some time to get it working. It took about the third use before it actually mapped the areas well and started to suction the crumbs and extras off the floor. After getting it going well, we tried the vacuum/mopping features. It exceeded my expectations. I expected it to just leave water trails, but it wiped/mopped the floor. I couldn't tell much of a difference on the carpeted floors. There's usually not much to vacuum in those rooms. I couldn't tell if the suction was as strong because it didn't leave carpet streaks, but it picked up mostly what was visible to me. It returns to the dock on its own and empties. I had to manually open it and clear it out after one of the uses. I noticed it not picking up things and leaving stuff behind. But other than that, it empties well and is clean/clear for the next use. This is a good time saver for myself and my family and doesn't require much maintenance to maintain and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my hands on a IRobot Roomba 1020 and I couldn't be more happy with it's performance. The setup was incredibly straightforward, I had it out of the box and running within minutes. The Auto Empty Dock is a game changer, making maintenance nearly effortless. Just dock it, and the vacuum does the rest. The suction power it has is impressive. It removed pet hair, dust, and even larger debris from both carpets and hard floors without any issues. The mopping function is a nice addition, especially for those occasional spills. While it doesn't replace a good manual mop, it does a solid job of keeping surfaces clean and shiny between deeper cleanings. The navigation tech is impressive! It maneuvers seamlessly around furniture and gets into tight corners. The biggest highlight for me had been the Auto Empty feature. After each cleaning session, I simply leave it in the dock, and it empties itself. No more messy bag changes or trying to fit my hand into narrow opening to pull out dirt. This has truly saved me time and effort. Another huge plus is that I am able to schedule cleanings from my phone and monitor cleaning progress in real time. The mapping feature shows exactly where the Roomba has cleaned. The battery life covers my entire space on a single charger and it returns to the dock when it's done or needs recharge. It's really helpful and it has reduce my household cleaning workload.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I think I like this, however I don’t think my cats do. I also notice it has a hard time transitioning from my living room to kitchen. I have a smaller space and I also think it’s a little loud. I do wish it came with more clear instructions on setting it up. I did have a hard time figuring that out. Overall I’m happy with it. A do feel like I had to clean out a lot with having 2 cats.

It comes with a room mapping system, mop & a replacement mop, dust compartment bag and a removable dust brush. The battery life seems to do well. It does well maneuvering around furniture and rugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thoroughly impressed with this Roomba. It was easy to setup, and all the software has been intuitive and well functioning. It maps and navigates my rooms very well, and manages to get under obstacles and into tight spaces. I have a medium shag carpet, which is does surprisingly well with. It has trouble backing up on the carpet with the mop pad installed but thats easy to work around. I have a shorthair cat and this vacuum has done a great job of keeping my rooms clean in spite of her. The mopping function works surprisingly well, and doesnt leave the floor too wet afterwards. Overall im very happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product for our multi surface home. We have carpet, hardwood and tile connecting and this works well for all. The mop pad is great, but doesn't get up quite all the smudge spots my tile picks up from kids. The bristle works awesome for getting the edges and corners by my baseboards where a regular vaccum doesn't touch. I was worried about the noise, but we don't notice it much. I love having something I can control from my phone as well so the app is a plus. Would reccomend if you have multiple surfaces in your home.

It uses the newer app and there is no button that you can have the robot start cleaning or see what it is cleaning. My very first robot seems more high tech than this edition. I had a very hard time connecting to set it up in the beginning. After probably the 10th try, it finally recognized my internet. I have to say that it doesn't randomize around the room like the old models. However, it doesn't recognize going over my rug (carpet) which it shouldn't mop. It just stay stuck on my rug and it got wet. Not really smart. Definitely fail my expectations really bad. I prefer my very old irobot over this.
