[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my new iRobot Roomba! I've had other robotic vacuums in the past, but they just didn't perform well. Setup out of the box was extremely easy. The app is very user friendly and made setup a breeze. I like that it does an initial run to map out the space. I was impressed with how quickly and accurately it mapped everything out. After it maps everything out, you can edit the map and designate rooms/label everything. It maneuvers very well and avoids obstacles easily. My past vacuum bumped into everything and didn't navigate nowhere as easily as this one. It moves across area rugs easily as well. The auto empty feature is amazing, so you don't have to constantly empty out the bin. You do have to change the bag inside occasionally, but it's very easy and holds quite a bit. We have a larger floor plan, so it does take awhile, but the battery lasts quite awhile. The mopping feature is great, although you do have to refill the tank if it runs out. It comes with an extra mop pad too. The app allows you to program routines to have it run on your desired schedule. You can have it clean specific rooms, just vacuum, just mop, or vacuum and mop at the same time. There are so many great features. This Roomba performs amazingly and it's greatly helped cut down the time I spend cleaning!

You have to use an app to download and you can manage basically everything for your robot vaccum, through the app. You can set cleaning times and map out rooms so your robot vaccum knows where to go and what surfaces to clean. I love the compact dispenser for it auto cleaning. I love the black it's very sleek and modern looking. It has worked very well so far. It doesn't take up much space because the empty bin is so compact but holds a lot, so I really enjoy that aspect. My other one was HUGE and took up too much space. This is much better for our household. The suction is great and seems to get up a lot of dirt and dust - If you have pets or kids I highly recommend one of these! They work wonders and really give you and extra hand. It's very durable and can handle what it's meant for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thoroughly impressed with this Roomba. It was easy to setup, and all the software has been intuitive and well functioning. It maps and navigates my rooms very well, and manages to get under obstacles and into tight spaces. I have a medium shag carpet, which is does surprisingly well with. It has trouble backing up on the carpet with the mop pad installed but thats easy to work around. I have a shorthair cat and this vacuum has done a great job of keeping my rooms clean in spite of her. The mopping function works surprisingly well, and doesnt leave the floor too wet afterwards. Overall im very happy with it

As a mom of 2 little kids and 2 cats, keeping my floor clean feels like a never ending battle (parents, hi!) . Between kids constantly running in and out form the backyard, snack crumbs everywhere, everyday messes - I don't have any energy at all to make make cleaning in the evening! That's why this Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. Instead of spending my evenings moping and vacuuming, I can finally sit down, relax and let it do the work for me!!! It vacuums, mops and even self-cleans which honestly feels like having an extra helping hand around the house!!! One thing that really impressed me first - is how quickly it learned the layout of our home. We have different types of flooring - including carpets and rugs, and it does an amazing job recognising where it should mop. It cleans and mops the hard floors without driving on the carpets while mopping, which makes the whole process completely stress free. I also like the APP. I can easily check the battery % and watch its cleaning pass in real time (watch my video). Swing exactly where it has cleaned gives me so much confidence that every area is being covered. It looks stylish and sleek. Runs nice and quietly round the house. Self-cleaning process is a little louder of course (you'll hear it in my video). With 2 kids, 2 cats,multiple floor surfaces it's an INCREDIBLE HELP!!!! I wish I had it earlier in our home !

It picks up way more dirt and hair than I expected. The suction is is strong, it transitions between rooms well and the mop feature is nice for keeping floors looking fresh in between deep cleans. The auto empty dock is probably my favorite part because I don't have to constantly empty the bin. It can occasionally get stuck on cords or rugs but that's about it. Overall saves me time and helped keep my floors cleaner with little effort. The app is a nice touch it shows you the exact route it takes the whole time it cleans and it's not noisy at all.

The Roomba automatically started mapping the house to make sure no corner was left un attended. Battery last a good amount of time before having to return home to recharge. It picks up most of the debris that is on the floor. It is super quiet while it is mopping and sweeping. Very easy to maneuver with the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba 1020 is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, so I’ve made sure to do everything exactly as the app and website instruct. Setup was super easy, the app easy to navigate, initial home mapping went quickly, and before the vacuuming process began I had high hopes that this would work great. Our home is fairly small, and I didn’t want the Roomba going into bedrooms so it only had a living room, pantry, kitchen and hallway to deal with. The Roomba automation assigned these as 3 separate rooms, and it manages to do “room one” for thirty minutes before sending itself back to the charging station even though it started at 100%. Not only did it take thirty minutes and not even finish the job, but in those thirty minutes of going over the same space it managed to miss plenty of little bits and pieces. (One little plastic fastener I was watching like a hawk, because I figured it was big enough that it definitely couldn’t be ignored but small enough to grab with no issues. Apparently not.) This is such a good idea, and had it worked I would have been amazed given how easy it is to get started, but for this price point? I would at the very least expect the one room it went into for half an hour to be clean.
