Just when you thought customer service is at an all time low, Molecule steps up to the plate like no other. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Pillow is fantastic !!

I’ve been trying to find the perfect pillow for a while. This one finally does what it says. It’s comfortable and it stays cool. It’s really soft and you get the right comfort on your side or stomach.

Both of us really liked the pillows from the beginning. They're quite different from other memory foam type pillows. A nice addition to the Molecule mattress.

I get a very sore neck whenever I am trying to read or watch iPad in bed. This is the only pillow I will use now b/c it is malleable and adjustable. Also cooling for hot sleepers. A must have IMO

I really like this pillow...it is exactly what I have been looking for in a long time. It is comfortable with good support for neck... not too soft and not too firm! Best purchase for me.

Pillow was very comfortable after removing the right amount of filler. It took several nights to get it to the right firmness level. Cooling is ok, definitely better than a normal pillow but nothing magical.

I’m not a fan of the material. It’s not forgiving enough for me. It’s also not supportive enough at the same time The cover is high quality but the pillow just doesn’t work for me.

The pillow became hard while seeping on it at night. It was very uncomfortable for both my husband and I.

I love it! I bought 1 large king and didn’t remove any filling and it’s perfect. May need to look into the topper!
