The pillows arrived on time and were well packaged. I let them fluff for 24 hours. The pillows had no odor and were instantly comfortable. I have chronic neck issues and thepillow stayed under my neck and shoulders all night. I woke up with no neck pain.

Finally! After a long search...buying and often returning pillows...I found the best one! I’m petite (5’2) - was able to adjust this pillow (a little trial and error) to work for me while still having my neck/head supported. So glad I found it - 100% recommend it

Love this pillow! I was hesitant because I am so picky about my pillows, but I highly recommend this one because of how easily you can adjust the fill for comfort and liking. It was perfect from day one! The cover is so cool to the touch and it does help with not getting too warm. I also have the mattress topper. I am so pleased with both!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what I was looking for. Pillow firm yet soft. Love that it keeps its height without sinking into the pillow. Doesn't feel hot. I like to flip my pillow two or three times a night so I'm always getting the cool feel. Will get more just don't change it!!

We bought these pillows for our daughter and she wouldn't stop raving about how comfortable they are so we gave them a shot. They're cool, but not overly cold. You can adjust the fill to find your perfect level. And we noticed zero odors like we did on the Tempurpedic pillows we are replacing. Very happy with the purchase!

I have had this pillow for a couple of months and really like the cooling aspects. I like a firm pillow and this one is more medium/firm. I just contacted the customer service and they offered to send more filling as a one time courtesy. Can't beat that response can you? I would highly recommend this product.

This is a very nice pillow, many new pillows are not full size and this one is exactly correct. My only issue is with the chopped memory foam is a little hard to shape unlike a down pillow; you have to work it while. I would also plan for 2 days of outgassing -- I would fluff it a lot and let it air out. All in all I would recommend highly.

I am not at all impressed with this pillow, especially for the expensive price. The pillow is extremely dense and filled with tiny cut up foam pieces. I have not had a good night’s sleep since using it and at times wake up with my head hurting which seems to be because it is against the pillow. I tried taking more foam out (which is a pain and a mess!). We will see if this helps. I have also woken up sweaty so the cooling claim of the pillow cover does not seem to work for me. I am definitely disappointed in the pillow and in myself for not using it quickly enough so I could return it.

Molecule seems to have blocked my first review so I’m trying again. These are very uncomfortable pillows. I prefer a fuller pillow and my fiancé prefers a flatter pillow so we thought these would be perfect. We both had horrible neck pain using these. Your head falls flat regardless of how much filling is in there and the foam does not bounce back. Do not recommend these whatsoever.
