Pleasantly surprised by the weight of this pan! Much heavier than a similar pan purchased elsewhere and has nice even heat distribution. Handle is also high quality.

It’s a square pan but the only part that gets hot is a circle in the middle. It barely conducts heat to the corners. This morning I got a circle of cooked scrambled eggs surrounded by uncooked eggs.
