If your craft ice maker isn't producing ice, please reset it by turning the power switch on the ice maker off and then back on. The following video can tell you where the switch is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFj0G2xTZL0. Next, press and hold the test button for 3 seconds to force the icemaking process to reset. Please refer to the 1-minute and 15-second mark in the video for instructions.
