We've had the fridge for two weeks now. Good thing we kept our old fridge as this one is not making ice as quickly as we thought it would. We have the fridge set for 33 degrees, but it's only 44 degrees. The freezer is set for -7 but it is currently only +8.7. If it doesn't start cooling like it should, it goes back at the end of the week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker took double the recommended time to make ice when I first got it. The craft ice is amazing. We love the half door and the ice maker in the door. The space in this fridge is enormous. We love it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator October 2021. I love the different features of the refrigerator. It has ample space for everything I need to put in it. I love the craft ice maker, although the only downside is that it takes forever to make just a few ice balls. Other than this, so far I’m very pleased.

I love this refrigerator it has so much room! The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that I do wish it gave me more options to move or add shelves kind limits you on that feature. I love my ice maker and craft ice balls they do tend to melt faster than the cubed ice.

We have had nothing but issues with this refrigerator and as of this writing we are still waiting for another compressor, condenser, evaporator and dryer. We haven’t been able to use it since the second week of November.

My only issue is the height between shelves is rather small. A gallon of milk will only fit on one side if I slide the half shelf back, then i lose that space. Move the shelves leaves me with less space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this 21 months and now temp wont stay where it was set. spoke with LG and they claimed this was normal for it to vary 10 degrees. They strategically build new refrigerators/products to go out around warranty. I have 2 refrigerators in my garage (reaches temps of 90 in garage) & shop (reaches 110) that are both better refrigerators. one was made in the 1970's and the other 1990's. I dont understand how we have regressed with electronics. Actually i do because it is a money grab.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door in door refrigerator worked great until the craft ice maker died. We tried troubleshooting it without success. Repair person shows up but does not have the part. All of a sudden the refrigerator makes intermittently noise it sounds like a person loaning and groaning.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over a year. It has been broken since the beginning of October. It us now almost January. Have had 6 repair men out to fix issues. Each time it's a different problem and things get replaced. It was just repaired 2 days ago and already the temperature in the fridge will not hold. It's under warranty but at what point do you just get a new fridge. We absolutely loved this fridge until now. The craft ice was amazing. It's spacious and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator using the refund from LG for a defective refrigerator and adding over $1,000 of our own money. Basically we love it - the cocktail ice cubes are why we bought it and when the icemaker is working oh my. However here we go again with compressors. Already on our 2nd compressor in just under year. So yes buy one but get the longest extended warranty possible from LG only. Otherwise pass. Compressor and food spoilage are expensive.
