This ring is exquisite, but it does not fit. It really is beautiful, and I would recommend it, but my still unresolved return experience far outweighs the purchase. Return has been impossible. This online purchase requires a return receipt from the vendor to allow me to send it back. So far, it's been impossible to attain working with several of Sams online customer service reps. This receipt is the number one requirement for their "easy return" policy. Customer Service reps have all been very nice, promising a receipt in my email but no results. I have all receipts, tags intact on the ring, the mailing label, and original packaging but not this critical required receipt send it back. The ring is on my Sams credit card AND paid for because I did not want to incur interest payments. I will make one more call and one more trip to Sams where they can't do online returns but can maybe give me a person to call that can actually help. If no results I will go directly to the credit card company and ask for their assistance. This has been a fiasco, and I would not recommend any jewelry online purchases if there were any possibility for a return.

This is hands down one of the most beautiful rings I've ever seen. The simplicity of the band and prongs makes the diamond really stand out, which is a good thing. The clarity and cut of the diamond are incredible and so eye catching. The ring is also lightweight and very comfortable to wear.

This lab created oval Diamond solitaire gets the looks and compliments. It's lightweight and simple but makes a statement. The color and clarity are good but the cut and bevels are a bit too cluttered. It's a great ring though to have the size without the price of a natural diamond.

Ordered the ring and a diamond band and was given a delivery date, NOT a window. Received a shipment notification the day before delivery. On the morning of promised delivery I received a text message that said items were out for delivery. Waited all day. Went in to check the status via FedEx and discovered FedEx had not even picked up the package. Did a Live Chat w Sam's Club and was told there was really nothing they could do. After pushing the agent said she tried to call the vendor but they were closed. The tracking number had been sent to me on Wednesday morning and as of Thursday at 6pm the package was still not picked up. Waited until 2pm Friday for the promised email or call back. Finally called them and was told I just had to wait. Again, after pushing the agent called FedEx and was told they were waiting on the vendor to confirm pick up. Items are still sitting at the vendor location though my promised delivery date was only updated by 1 days. They called the vendor and left a message Friday morning but had not heard back. Was told I had to wait another 3 business days for the vendor to call back which meant waiting until Wednesday which would be 10 days from the date of order, before I could request a refund my $3k . Sam's is blaming the vendor so if you want this ring, and expect it within a decent time, you may want to think twice.
