This one is more of a gel pen and much smoother and easier to use. It is also thinner than the original pen so it feels better in my hand grip wise. Minus one stars because it still feels a little flimsy with the clicking mechanism. Overall a solid pen I will have fun using!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with the BIC 4 Color Smooth 4 in 1 pen. It glides so nicely across paper, and I love the gel like consistency. Only downside is that I noticed some smearing after use it and thinking it was dry all the way. Overall, I really love this pen and will use it daily at work.

In college, it helped to use red for editing papers, green and blue for underling, and black for writing. This pen writes smoothly with an even flow of ink. I don’t need to shake or tap the pen to get it to work. It’s lightweight and perfect for tossing in my bag.

Until now, I had not used this pen since I was a kid in the 80s! It has a comfortable grip, it writes smooth, and the ink does not smear! I also love the purple ink, as I did not use the green in the original multi-color pen. I just ordered 5 more so I would not run out anytime soon!
