The taste is ok, it is extremely sweet which makes sense as it has 26g of sugar. It’s still relatively inexpensive compared to grabbing a fancy coffee drink instead. I’m not super affected by caffeine so I think the sugar is what gives the boost of energy. It does taste almost just like the Ted Bull normal sugar version, which is a plus to me.

Is this energy drink for you? Maybe. Was this energy drink for me? No. While it definitely taste like berries. It’s not sweet enough for me, but it has a very, very pretty bright pinkish red color if that matters to you.

This version is definitely a standalone product and has its own unique flavor, though the ingredients and caffeine seem to be the same overall. They were effective in terms of matching the taste and packaging to the Wild Berries flavor name. It’s probably a touch too sweet/synthetic which is why I’m giving it 4 stars overall (based on my personal preference it’s probably 3/5). I’ll likely stick to the original sugar free flavor but this was a nice change of pace.
