Even though the refrigerator side is frost free, the Freezer side requires MANUAL DEFROSTING and I was not aware of this when I ordered. The top has a cheaply made plastic cover. The stainless doors looked really nice. It was damaged in shipping even though it was packaged well and arrived at our office with dents on both sides and top and a crushed top corner. The chat and phone support was really bad and I was transferred around speaking to representatives that did not have a command of the English language. One of the last reps I spoke with thought I wanted to return coffee pods . Frustrated , I finally gave up and decided to return it to Sam’s Club myself.

Damaged

Fridge came damaged. Just like the other reviewer, I would agree that it seemed to be packaged well. There was some minor damage to the box, but the damage doesn't seem to match the damage of the fridge. It's like the fridge was packaged damaged. I want this fridge, but I am reluctant to reorder as I fear it will arrive this way again. I also will return to Sams. My experience with customer service was not pleasant either. Could not understand rep as she had a strong foreign accent and the background noise of the call center was also loud and making her even harder to follow.

Item arrived damaged. It is the perfect size for what we need, but we are not confident in ordering a replacement due to the frequent reviews of damage in shipping.
