Even though the refrigerator side is frost free, the Freezer side requires MANUAL DEFROSTING and I was not aware of this when I ordered. The top has a cheaply made plastic cover. The stainless doors looked really nice. It was damaged in shipping even though it was packaged well and arrived at our office with dents on both sides and top and a crushed top corner. The chat and phone support was really bad and I was transferred around speaking to representatives that did not have a command of the English language. One of the last reps I spoke with thought I wanted to return coffee pods . Frustrated , I finally gave up and decided to return it to Sam's Club myself.

Item arrived damaged. It is the perfect size for what we need, but we are not confident in ordering a replacement due to the frequent reviews of damage in shipping.

Exactly what I'm looking for to use in my garage. Unfortunately , just like the other reviews on here the refrigerator arrived damaged. The back corner is dented and the unit will not sit flush, rocks back and forth.
