I sip on it throughout my work shift and it keeps me energized. I do have to avoid it many hours before bed. The only complaint I have is this flavor is slightly too sweet/sugary tasting.

To me it tastes like a tangy blend of blueberry and cherry. Very fruity, refreshing and perfect to enjoy on a hot summer day.

I love berry flavors & this had a hint of all of them. A mix of sweet & tart. Though sugar free I felt the same energy boost I do when having a regular Red Bull.

When I need to focus or awake to study or night shift working, I always drink it. Now, they have more flavor for us to choose.
